I had an absolutely wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was truly delicious – every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can really tell that great care goes into the quality of the meals.
What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional.
A very special thank you goes to our waiter, Rui. He was outstanding – attentive without being intrusive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. He took care of the guests like few people do, making sure everything was perfect and that everyone felt comfortable and appreciated. Thanks to him, the evening was even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

We came here for lunch, this Swiss restaurant was amazing. We were totally surprised. The ambiance was clean and welcoming. Service was efficient and professional and the food was delicious and presentable. I highly recommend this place.

I went here with my friend during our trip in Switzerland. We didn’t stay in the hotel. We only had the food.
We order the Kazefondue (cheese fondue) and the Kalbsgeschnetzeltes (the potato with the beef)
Me and my friend’s favourite is the potato with the beef!!! That one is sooooo good we really like it, the beef was very tender and the pan fried potato is also really crispy. Together they made a really good match.
And for the cheese fondue i would say i really like it, but for some people might think it’s too strong. They added alcohol in it so it might taste too strong for some people, i would say if they put less alcohol in it, it might taste a bit better.
Good thing for this place is that their bread is really good, especially pair it with the cheese fondue.
They only think i would say it’s kind of shocking is that they charge us 2CHF for our tap water lmao. We were shocking when we heard our bills. I should’ve known, this is Europe, you have to pay everything xDDD
But I think that was an only thing that i find kinda funny but shocking at the same time xD

The rooms were small, and we were initially shocked to see our room hardly had space to move around with poor view outside The front desk at first said they couldn’t help with it, but later offered to move us to a different room. The place felt a bit overpriced for the facilities, and it was difficult to carry our luggage since there was no lift inside.
However, the breakfast was a highlight — we really enjoyed it with many options available. We were provided with a travel pass to visit nearby places, and the front desk staff was generally helpful. Overall, I would rate my stay 8/10.

We had a great stay at Hotel Hirschen. The family room was spacious, with two separate areas, which was perfect for us. The ceiling is a bit low, so anyone taller than 1.90m might find the bathroom a little tight. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and warm, friendly service. A special thanks to Rui, who made our meals even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Brilliant stay! Cosy property and very hospitable host. They were polite and friendly. Gave us free passes for local travel. Breakfast was another level.. and the cutlery.. every tiny detail was well thought of.. I was just in awe of the details.. Very vintage and calm experience..
Rooms were a bit small, but the bathroom was very neat and contemporary. All in all, thumbs up!
