The hotel is located near Zurich main station, and the room size is quite generous, which is rare for this area. It's an apartment-style hotel with very friendly service. There's a tram stop right outside that goes to the central station, though you still have to walk a few hundred meters. The front desk offers daily tickets for about 9 CHF each. Breakfast is delivered to your room, and you can pre-order the time and selection at the front desk; it costs 20 CHF and is highly recommended. My only minor complaint is that there were small bottles of alcohol and snacks in the room without prices listed, so I assumed they were complimentary, only to find out at check-out that there was a charge. That aspect was a bit unfriendly.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was exceptional; it was delivered to the room and was incredibly rich and fulfilling. Although it was expensive, I treated it as a special indulgence. Everything in Switzerland seems to be the most expensive in the world.

It's truly a rare find to get an apartment with cooking facilities in Zurich! The room was very spacious! It came with air conditioning and electric heating. We bought eggs and vegetables from the supermarket and cooked instant noodles, which was a great experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zurich. The staff were exceptionally good! They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, which is quite rare to find in Switzerland!

Nice location, nice furniture and kitchenwares
There are two toilets, the sofa bed is much better than the usual sofa bed we used.

It’s basically a mattress on the floor, which is firm, other sofa beds often is less firm and supportive.

My first experience for booking a kitchen equipped room but not allowed to use the kitchen facilities. I was told by reception that my booking is excluded the usage of kitchen and shall will be charged CHF 25/ day for the usage. Then we have no choice to pay since we are ready with the groceries. My booking was accidentally booked 2 adults and 1 infant but in fact our child is 12 years old. I tried to amend in my booking before check-in but unsuccessful, then I was told again by hotel that since sofa bed needed to setup, then we will be charged for CHF 35/ night. I am suggesting the booking platform should have more flexibility to amend the occupants type so at least we know the price will be different between a child and infant. So far the hotel facilities and staff are fine but since the room equipped with kitchen then why not just published the rate openly and not just keep the kitchen cabinets locked.

I have booked a 2 bedroom executive suite for my family. It is spacious enough my family. The tram station is right in front of the hotel and 2 stops away from Zurich HB. Super convenient 👍🏻

Serice was good, Very help staff.

We found lot of dirt / tusses paper under the sofa. so, the Cleanliness has to be Poor.
