The bathroom was awful. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage.

Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was above average, though not super lavish. It's a four-star hotel, and compared to a Crowne Plaza in China, the room was on the smaller side.

Large room, great view and nice location. There is a supermarket near the hotel, just 3 mins away on feet. The bar in front of the reception is nice too. Big enough and comfortable. Ideal location for those arriving on late flight. Though there was about 8 passengers in front of me during check in and with 3 staff in attendance, the waiting time was no more than 20 mins. Glad that my check in was within 3 mins as we were exhausted with the long flight. The room was a good size and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the airport to the hotel, and then a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the train station. It's really convenient for an overnight layover. The front desk has a small shop where you can buy snacks or drinks. The room pretty much had everything I needed, except for slippers.

Nice, charming hotel, but with the Swiss neatness and tidiness. Plus point is the Marshall amp sitting nicely in the room. I am coming few times per month to Zurich for business. I need a pragmatic and good hotel for an overnight stay. Züri by Fassbind offers exactly that. Excellent value for the price. Located super central. Easy to check-in / out. Calm rooms, when you book the Superior one, located towards the courtyard.

It was okay, fairly quiet. The shower pressure was great. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's a five-minute walk from the train station.

Overall, for a four-star hotel, it is fairly average. This may partly reflect Zurich’s generally high prices. The heating is very strong, and overall it is suitable for solo travelers, but it does not really meet four-star standards. The shampoo and shower gel are combined into one product, which is not very good in quality.

Paying HKD 18,000 for a 'deluxe' suite that didn't even include breakfast was already a shock. What's worse, the amenities were incredibly mediocre, barely reaching a three or four-star standard. I was thoroughly disappointed 🤦‍♀️. I have no idea how this place ended up at the top of Zurich's luxury hotel rankings – it's completely misleading.

A very basic room with limited amenities of only bath towel, body soap and shampoo provided. No tea and coffee or bottle water in the room but there is a coffee and tea station at the reception area where you can also top up drinking water. In contrast to some of our other experiences in Europe, the level of professionalism and inclusivity here was outstanding. It’s clear that the team is highly trained and culturally aware, making us feel truly welcome as Asian travelers.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. The front desk service was great, the transportation was convenient, and the room environment was nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work well. Even when it was turned off, it was still very noisy. However, there was a main switch in the room that could completely turn off the air conditioner, so it stopped being noisy. Overall, it was OK!
