All ok good staff but away from city

Location was reasonably good with tram stop just in front of hotel. Comfortable room and excellent service.

Fantastic stay. The front desk staff is very friendly, bed is really comfortable.

We paid for 4 people in 1 room, there always wasn’t enough slippers for all of us. The conditioner and shower/shampoo bottles fell off during our shower and almost hit us. The charging outlets were not functioning. Terrible.

My wife and me have been there for a Sunday brunch. With a variety of choices from fish, meat, vegetables, salads, fruits and dessert the offer of the buffet a discretion is very rich. The quality of ingredients is fantastic. Sadly most of the dishes were not cooked or seasoned as I expect it from a prestige hotel in Zurich. Over the top. Super luxurious finishes, but that makes it feel cold. Came to visit a couple times and have some drinks on the terrace. View from the front is amazing. Beautiful architecture and golf course overlooking the city and lake.

Elegant and probably the best hotel in Zürich. Beautiful and picturesque building. The hotel is equipped with a golf course, a spa and Michelin restaurant. The service is really superlative. There is a beautiful forest in the vicinity which is ideal for nice walks or jogging. A nice view of Zürich lake can be enjoyed while dining or drinking at the hotel.

A bit aside from the city but if the distance is not a problem, like 10 mins drive from the city center, then its the best hotel to stay-in at Zurich. The team is amazing with a little bit of more focus and attention of the lobby bar staff. Very nice spa facility and hotel's surrounding area

Its reputation precedes this well known establishment. Extremely classy and beautiful. It resembles a palace and the permanent art collection in its galleries ads to its charm. Rooms, food and service are outstanding. A must go when in Zürich!

After a tiring job day, I spent a night in this pleasant Hotel next to the station. I’ve really appreciated the comfort and its services. I was able to recovery my energies and to have a peaceful rest. I will definitely come back soon.

Bare bones hotel in a great location. I did not experience the rude staff some other people mentioned, they were friendly enough. The hotel itself is extremely dated and basic, you are really staying here for its excellent location. Not sure why this hotel is ranked as a 4-star hotel.

Great location if you are working in Zürich. This little hideaway is a chilled, relaxed atmosphere. One of the best hotels I've stayed in to be honest; it's really good value for money, so clean, and the staff here are really polite, knowledgeable and Professional to say the least. Everything was fairly smooth sailing. You should give this hotel a go.

Location, location, location! Centrally located, next to main train station, all the sights and tons of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, lots of history and good food. I particularly like the outside seating. The rooms are nice sized, a bit dated, and well set up. We did not get one of the balcony rooms, I imagine those would be lovely to look out onto the bustling city.

A postage sized room for me, but below average cost for Zurich. Room has all the amenities and my mattress was firm and not lumpy. Breakfast is sufficiently filling and satisfying. Near many restaurants and bars.

There were two top quality comforters on a super king bed - this was the first time in our decades of traveling experience that we had something like this, like we have in our own home. While the hotel is fine by itself, we got a room on the side of the church - because of the loud bell ringing which stopped at midnight and resumed at 7 am we didnt get a good night rest unfortunately. Soundproof windows should be a minimum investment in this case.

Widder Restaurant was the best dining experience we’ve had in Switzerland. Simply amazing. Great food from the appetisers, through sumptuous mains and excellent desserts. I would currently rate their cocktails the best in Zurich and they have a huge collection of whiskey as well as other spirits and wines. The room looked a bit old, but the place served great for my business trip. Located right at Milchbuck I had great connections to both the train station and the airport, and I could easily get to both ETH and the University of Zurich. Great selection for breakfast. Fantastic hotel with a unique setting! I recommend the wine and Cheese package to enjoy the incredible library. The pool on the roof offer a stunning view of the city and the SPA is perfect for relaxing and charging batteries. People working there are nice, helpful and simple. To access it, easy, drive to the front of it and let the wallet service park your car.

A wonderful boutique hotel with lovely vibes. Hipster yet homey. The kindest staff. Rooms are stylish and of average size. Breakfast is included and takes place at the beautiful Library Bar. It was a wonderful daily routine. My favorite perk was their thermalbaths - it's really a unique and relaxing experience, although some evenings seem to be busier with couples.

Very spacious and pretty room. We've got upgraded by the hotel as well. The staff were lovely. The hotel is small, so there isn't any common dining hall. Instead, breakfast will be delivered to your room at the morning. The rooms are on the more expensive side and there are many facilities in the room I didn't get to use tho.

The room is very big for Zurich standard and it is located in a good locations. Two tram stops from the main train station.

The fifth time lived here. everything is so lovely and the scene is so beautiful. Will be my fav hotel in Zurich defonitely. And everyone at hotel is friendly
