This place is a bit of a joke. Tiny rooms and certainly not worthy of premium branding. Should I be paying 600 Dollars a night here? I am not convinced I am in the room category I booked, it doesn't feel like a superior room. The one good thing is that you can open a window for some fresh air unlike in the Hyatt where the air con is lacking but you cant open a window. Overall this place makes the Hyatt start to look like a deal...

Excellent stay! Located in an affluent part of the city a couple of blocks from the main shopping precinct and the old town, a short walk to the Christmas markets. Everything can be covered on foot. The room (extra large category) was well decorated, near new and well set out. breakfast service was very good and food fresh. Check in and out efficient. Rooms were also quiet.

I have visited the hotel for vacation period, the welcoming is so nice, clarifications about all facilities and advise even on the attractions ongoing as am on vacation with advises on what to do as first visit. I like the evening refreshing which Marriott is famous with. Enjoyed my 3 nights, staff so nice and welcoming, guest service very fast. Special thanks for Liza for her help with lovely smile and for Dmytrii and special thanks also for the room cleaning..

We stayed here in early September and enjoyed it. Our room was nice, with dark oak wood, leather details, and really comfortable bedding. The location is perfect, close to the lake and easy to walk into the city or reach the business district. Check-in was quick and professional, and the service overall was good. The only thing that felt a little underwhelming was the lobby, which is quite small for a five-star hotel and doesn’t give much of a “wow” factor. All in all, a very decent stay though.

Review: From the moment we arrived we felt special. The kind porter took our luggage upstairs where Christine at reception warmly greeted us with a drink of choice (we enjoyed Prosecco) and upgraded room due to our permanent platinum status. We chose complimentary breakfast which was exceptional. It is buffet plus one egg item from the menu. Our omelettes were so good! As was the coffee. Luke and his team looked after us each morning. We also enjoyed one dinner at the hotel which was equally exceptional. Switzerland is very expensive but we felt we received good value especially with the platinum benefits. Quick walk to the lake and about 15 minutes to the old town.

A hotel with a good location, right in front of the lake and a nice environment. However, the price is really too expensive, and the overall price is just average. It's really too expensive. Zurich is crying.

A bit old and in need of renovation. The cloth hanging sling in my room was dysfunctional and full with mold. My vanity kit had obviously been reused (the package of the cotton paper inside has already been opened once I slid the box open). Its the small little things that can easily be improved. The staff were really nice and friendly and super eager to help though. I would say the quality I got was expensive for the price I paid.

Breakfast is really nice, service is top, it just can do with a bit of refresh in general, not a fun of the carpets either.

Place is a bit old fashioned. Room was spacious but has thin walls/floor. Car park was not available.
