Large room, great view and nice location. There is a supermarket near the hotel, just 3 mins away on feet. The bar in front of the reception is nice too. Big enough and comfortable. Smoking area is nicely set. A couple of ashtrays, chairs, tables are all set. You don’t need to stand to smoke. All good for smokers.

Paying HKD 18,000 for a 'deluxe' suite that didn't even include breakfast was already a shock. What's worse, the amenities were incredibly mediocre, barely reaching a three or four-star standard. I was thoroughly disappointed 🤦‍♀️. I have no idea how this place ended up at the top of Zurich's luxury hotel rankings – it's completely misleading.

We are pleased with our stay, room comfort and sleep quality was outstanding. There were two top quality comforters on a super king bed - this was the first time in our decades of traveling experience that we had something like this, like we have in our own home. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except it is not on the Lake but a main street is in front. I had ordered a room with a lake view with a terrace thinking that there was no street. However, it was quiet at night but I am sure during the summer it probably will be noisy. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Nice hotel in the city center right by the lake, however with the extremely high price point I expected more from this hotel. Booked a lake view room and the view was nice, but rooms were small and not much was included with the stay, not even breakfast, so at almost $1000 a night i would not consider this hotel worth it and would not stay here again.

Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal.
