My wife and me have been there for a Sunday brunch. With a variety of choices from fish, meat, vegetables, salads, fruits and dessert the offer of the buffet a discretion is very rich. The quality of ingredients is fantastic. Sadly most of the dishes were not cooked or seasoned as I expect it from a prestige hotel in Zurich. Elegant and probably the best hotel in Zürich. Beautiful and picturesque building. The hotel is equipped with a golf course, a spa and Michelin restaurant. The service is really superlative. There is a beautiful forest in the vicinity which is ideal for nice walks or jogging. A nice view of Zürich lake can be enjoyed while dining or drinking at the hotel.

A bit aside from the city but if the distance is not a problem, like 10 mins drive from the city center, then its the best hotel to stay-in at Zurich. The team is amazing with a little bit of more focus and attention of the lobby bar staff. Very nice spa facility and hotel's surrounding area

We are pleased with our stay, room comfort and sleep quality was outstanding. There were two top quality comforters on a super king bed - this was the first time in our decades of traveling experience that we had something like this, like we have in our own home. It's a nice place, but not so clean for a 5* hotel. There was some white powder residue on the table(if you know what I mean),plus the carpet was wet. The bed could be better with one big mattress, not two small ones. Overall it was fine.

Widder Restaurant was the best dining experience we’ve had in Switzerland. Simply amazing. Great food from the appetisers, through sumptuous mains and excellent desserts. The apple one was particularly delicious. There is an extra menu where you can add in some of the chef’s specialties. The wagu beef was worth adding and simply melted in our mouth.

I've only visited the bar and restaurant, not the hotel, and both are excellent. I would currently rate their cocktails the best in Zurich and they have a huge collection of whiskey as well as other spirits and wines. Great stay-in La reserve Zurich Hotel. Room was nice. unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the terrace ( rooftop restaurant) upstairs as it was closed. Very good hotel with a nice bar. There is very attentive staff present and round-thw-clock room service. Location is convenient for Zurich if you are on a business trip. Mind that the mineral water served may not be precisely tempered to your wishes, so you might have to demand they redo it. Mostly though they will oblige to do so. Reception is also very nice and check-in is fast.

Location, location, location! Centrally located, next to main train station, all the sights and tons of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, lots of history and good food. I particularly like the outside seating. The rooms are nice sized, a bit dated, and well set up. Fantastic hotel with a unique setting! I recommend the wine and Cheese package to enjoy the incredible library. The pool on the roof offer a stunning view of the city and the SPA is perfect for relaxing and charging batteries. People working there are nice, helpful and simple. Great hotel with great amenities. Can be a little on the expensive side, but it shows. Rooms are well maintained, large, and comfortable. Reasonably priced hotel with its excellent location with frequent trams to city centre and lake from Just outside the door. The receptionist was very helpful, giving me a map of the city with details of the trams to the main attractions.

Big room with air conditioner. The breakfast was very good. Recommended for long stay. Only issue was the location was a bit far from the train station but still a walking distance with luggage for 20 mins to the train station.

The staff (night shift) nor really helpful to show us our room. Our room is in another building ( cross the indoor bridge) snd that's not expected. no air-conditioning until inside the room. Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed. No shower door but ok with the curtain. Might need more towels incase the water on the floor.

Service good, staff friendly. We booked online and paid much more than what we had seen as an offer when arriving. Perhaps it's a good idea to go there and book it on-site. The double room is very small, too small for the price we paid.

Breakfast was great! Although rooms are small and tight. If you like your space i do not recommend. It's made for short stays, comfy but tight.

Really nice and new hotel in a not so touristic area of Zurich. The rooms were very clean which is important, staff was friendly. I found it a bit odd that they asked to pay the full stay amount upon arrival and not in check out.

Stay here for business and it's great. Close to the station, functional rooms, decent shower and lots of restaurants near by. Speedy check out option would be an improvement as sometimes there can be a queue at front desk

One night stay We had a perfect stay. Room was neat amd comfortable. My daughter received some welcoming gifts. We had diner at the restaurant which was really good. No complaints about the breakfast. We will definitely come back when in Zurich.

Good hotel price/quality. Clean, modern. There is parking for those traveling by car. Breakfast is good, there was everything you need. The room was cold (early May), we couldn't figure out how to heat it, because we checked in late at night. There were no slippers or toothbrush sets in the room.

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly. 

The transportation is really convenient. The train and tram stations are nearby, which is very convenient to the city and the airport. The breakfast is very rich and there are a lot of fruits. It is recommended to order breakfast. There is a coop across the road from the hotel and an Aldi next to it, but the supermarket is closed on Sundays. There is a very delicious sushi restaurant next to the hotel...

The rooms are relatively spacious and the shower room is nice. There is a park in front, so it seems okay to use if the sunlight is not too strong.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and one stop from Zurich Airport. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The staff are polite and the breakfast is rich.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I’m not impressed as I was double charged as I prepaid online while making room reservation via Trip.com and I was charged again upon checkout at hotel. Seeking refund.
