Taking tram 3 from Zurich main station, the hotel is a straightforward 8-10 minute walk from the stop, so the location is great and not hard to find. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped

The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent. Hygiene: Very good, clean and tidy. Service: The front desk staff were very nice. Facilities: Also good, highly recommended

The location is decent, making it quick to get to the city center. Breakfast offered a good variety, and overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was a bit small but very quiet

The shower had inconsistent water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The sink wouldn't drain, and the wet/dry separation was poorly designed with no proper drainage

However, the internet in the room was constantly offline, so we were unable to use it. The bathroom glass door kept getting stuck, and we were afraid it might break while using it

I have been traveling abroad for many years, and this is the first time we have been asked to pay a deposit of 100 Swiss francs at check-in, which we found quite surprising

As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service

The breakfast was also very good! The pool was comfortable. The outdoor balcony in the room was very pleasant. The hotel is a blend of an old castle and modern design, yet it feels perfectly harmonious

Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again

OMG the service was very satisfactory and the staff were always very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay during this lockdown and loved their burger from the hotel restaurant! The fries were delicious and the burger was well done

I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main proper and the main train station. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby

The location is pretty and quiet 13-19min away the airport Less than 15min to city and it’s easy to get around Rooms are not small and pretty tidy and clean Check in was smooth and staff are very nice and helpful ! Around the hotel there’s shop, cinema and nice cafe can stopped by!

Really enjoyed my stay and amenities were great and clean. Only problem I had was I didn’t sleep as well due to the room being very overly hot and could not lower tempted or open the window

I am coming few times per month to Zurich for business. I need a pragmatic and good hotel for an overnight stay. Züri by Fassbind offers exactly that. Excellent value for the price

And the Breakfast is heavenly naslajdenie, a large selection for all tastes, you can even treat yourself to the Brussels waffles of our own making :) For vegetarians Paradise twice, in October, the abundance of fresh grapes, mango, orange, kiwi, grapefruit, melon, all cleaned, chopped and served appetizing! A pleasant aftertaste

The room was excellent, especially with the sofa bed – a lifesaver when traveling with kids, making bedtime a breeze. Plus, there's a play area for children

Housekeeping a little tardy. Didn't bother to tidy up. Just came in to change towels and linens bit left the cups unwashed. Quite a contrast to another Courtyard I had visited in Hannover.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. I saw many crews staying at this hotel

The front desk service was great, the transportation was convenient, and the room environment was nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work well. Even when it was turned off, it was still very noisy

Weekend breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM, which is great, but the breakfast selection isn't very varied. Ctrip's overseas business has been weak, and this hasn't happened just once or twice

Exceptional stay with my family. The hotel located in the heart of town , near to all the transportation , it's very convenient for us to travel around Switzerland, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms

The hotel is great, just opposite the Zurich train station. This time I traveled with my mother and daughter. According to the reservation, they took the initiative to add a bed for my 11-year-old daughter

Fruits were free, and there were free chocolates. But I didn't notice that the canned chocolate beans in the minibar were not free, so I ate them anyway. The service is very good and considerate

It's just opposite the train station, and there's an underground exit that leads directly to the hotel entrance, making it very suitable for a transfer on the day you first arrive

In addition, there was the traditional, beautiful building as well as the superb room, the size, class and technical infrastructure of which fulfilled all wishes

It is at a quiet and safe location, so I had a really peaceful sleep. It is a short distance from the river so I enjoyed the runs… and the small towels and recommended running routes by On available right at the lobby

Very good hotel, clean and spacious room, efficient and pleasant staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Even though the hotel isn't in the city center, the tram stop is right next to it, which is very convenient.

Great hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent

And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

Traditional building but modern interior. Room I had was spacious well furnished comfortable bed, TV, coffee making machine, digital safe, mini bar. Excellent buffet breakfast, very good service from all staff

It's a very pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast, I didn't make use of the bar or dinner (which is closed on Sundays like the majority of Zurich) so I can't say how that experience is

Being near to multiple museums (including the FIFA football museum next door) and next to a major rail station (Bahnhof Enge) with a trolley going along the world-class designer shopping experience that is Bahnhofstrasse makes it a nice starting point for adventures

Everything about the stay was nice. i think some rooms (at least mine) could do with a plumbing upgrade, on/off hot/cold there was little middle ground with faucets/shower. The breakfast and coffee were good too

The service at the front desk was great - the receptionist gave me detailed info about how to get to the airport, she even got me a train ticket. I never had to come back to the front desk for key card issues (had none)

I had a 1 night stay before being admitted to hospital. It was Saturday night when I arrived and the restaurant was closed I had to get an uber eat and Maximilian on reception was very helpful and kind

It’s less than 30 dollars by taxi from the train station. It’s a 20-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich Cathedral. The room is quite large and very clean. There isn’t much for breakfast

I was very impressed with this hotel. As soon as I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities, which made me feel very comfortable.

The location is easy to find, in a residential area, the environment is good and quiet. The service staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and patiently told us where we could park our car

And the street just below it (Utoquai) is rather busy and noisy, which could make the experience less enjoyable. The room has been very nicely renovated by Philippe Stark, I love very much

Weak point is the lack of storages and wardrobes, as well as not so many amenities provided. I’ve tried the Kitchen & Bar, a very good 1* restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

Rooms are a good temperature in summer without the air con being too noisy. Staff efficient and friendly. Make sure you get breakfast all inclusive. It's extremely expensive otherwise.

La Réserve Eden is a nice small luxury hotel, very well place in front of the Zurich lake, at walking distance of several points of interest at the heart of the city

A great hotel! Perfect location and top service. We spent a night there, the room was amazing with direct view to the Zurich lake.

Could not say the same about a housekeeper lady or other who does our turn down service, she clearly showed irritation and displeasure when I asked for the room to be turned down later

The hotel isn't in a very central location, but it provided all the necessary amenities. A notable point is that there's no air conditioning, although fans are supplied

We encountered Zurich during a light autumn rain. The hotel wasn't luxurious, but everything was just right. We were driving, so we chose a location a bit further from the city center, which offered great value for money

You get to stay a little at the edge of the city at a peaceful place with a nice view of Zurich and the mountains, enjoying the roof top thermal pool with an amazing view of the city, but still be a twenty minute walk or a short tram ride into town and all it has to offer

The B2 Hotel is at a very convienent spot in Zurich-mixed in with residential homes and a Google campus- very close to the trolley that easily take you down to the lake- walkable to some restaurants and parks

Roof top pool and neigboring spa was a real treat that my wife and I both loved. Room is spacious- felt new and architecturally relavent. Mini- bar and coffee machine were well thought out

Very good value for the Christmas special - spacious room & very cosy & clean. The added bed & water bowl for our dog was a nice touch. We did run out of hot water in the AM, so that should be improved.

About a seven minute walk from the train station. It wasn’t too bad with our luggage on the sidewalks. The restaurant right next-door is also phenomenal. Our room was super nice in the beds were really comfortable

The waitresses in the restaurant were also very friendly. You had to order the meat for breakfast separately from the waitress. They had salmon and ham, and they were delicious. Overall, it's a very good hotel

Perfect for an overnight in Zurich before and early morning flight. Short walk to Oerlikon train station and 5 minute ride. Good AC, nice duvets.

This was a relatively affordable stay for Zurich. The room wasn't big, but the location was excellent as it was close to a tram station and only a 15-minute ride to the main train station.

We were 2 pax, but given an apartment style room, so that was great. However, would have appreciated if there were more than 1 charging point, a kettle as well as a table to place belongings

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice; she even showed me how to buy tickets for the high-speed rail. The room was very clean, and it's super close to the bus stop.

Otherwise, really convenient location, and there was even coop supermarket right opposite

Not a bad hotel for its rate. Staff is very friendly and helpful but lack of free breakfast, WiFi and water is why I give it 4 stars. I guess you only get what you paid for. Oh ya, icy cold radiator ( doesn't work.)
