Location was reasonably good with tram stop just in front of hotel. Comfortable room and excellent service.

I love how conveniently the hotel is located, just a min walk to the tram stop. The staffs were all super helpful and friendly. Worth going back again when we visit Switzerland again

OMG the service was very satisfactory and the staff were always very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay during this lockdown and loved their burger from the hotel restaurant! The fries were delicious and the burger was well done

Great service & great location

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM

He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special

Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation

Chicken and fish dish was dry and overcooked, also the steak tartar to name an example was excellent meat but not seasoned at all. There was also no ingredients on the table or buffet to season the tartar by ourselves

I'd like to highlight the outstanding service team lead by Karyna. Very attentive and always ready to respond to our needs. Unfortunately there was a shift change right at the end of our brunch

You can also take a self guided art walk of the hotel and hotel grounds. Hotel has a Michelin star restaurant, book ahead it fills up fast. Room service is great and you can dine on your private terrace

My wife and me have been there for a Sunday brunch. With a variety of choices from fish, meat, vegetables, salads, fruits and dessert the offer of the buffet a discretion is very rich

Here, it's challenging for most peoples pockets. But popping in once a year for new years brunch is a must.

So we were not able to leave our compliments to the team as we left. I'd like to end my review with the breathtaking view on the lake of Zurich that we enjoyed during our brunch

Overall when I booked the hotel rooms I was not quite sure about how big it was. But we are really satisfied with the room. I went with my family and had everything well prepared for us. Good hospitality and cleanliness

It's a very pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast, I didn't make use of the bar or dinner (which is closed on Sundays like the majority of Zurich) so I can't say how that experience is

Being near to multiple museums (including the FIFA football museum next door) and next to a major rail station (Bahnhof Enge) with a trolley going along the world-class designer shopping experience that is Bahnhofstrasse makes it a nice starting point for adventures

Everything about the stay was nice. i think some rooms (at least mine) could do with a plumbing upgrade, on/off hot/cold there was little middle ground with faucets/shower. The breakfast and coffee were good too

Great location. Friendly staff. Sali was nice to switch from desk clerk to bartender after 23:00. Large room. Clean. Comfortable. Nice traditional European breakfast with hot food. Definitely recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel with the nicest staff and located in a great part of Zurich. The rooms, food hotel itself were all top notch. We will return here and highly recommend it.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is close to all the major sight seeing areas - for example Old Town across the river is about 15-20min walk. Our room was spacious and lovely

Small hotel but great location. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and chef will cook your eggs how you like them. We got upgraded to a bigger room it was fantastic with a balcony and massive shower

Great location and comfortable rooms. Tiny lift and spiral staircase made it a little challenging to get up stairs. Keep this in mind if you have any difficulty walking / mobility issues

A nice small hotel adjacent to the university. Short walk from the main station and close to tram network. Has recently been refurbished and we stayed in nice room with additional seating area and large bathroom

A cosy place just in the right vicinity of Zurich's main station. Good for business travel stays. Not too loud surroundings with just occasional cars with loud exhaust

One amazing thing I found is the church bells ringing in a soothing way. not a cheap stay but where in Switzerland will you find a cheap stay closest to the city?!

Then if you are going to the center take tram #7 or #14 and in 10 min or less you are right in the center of Zurich. Room in this hotel are very clean and bright

Located right at Milchbuck I had great connections to both the train station and the airport, and I could easily get to both ETH and the University of Zurich. Great selection for breakfast. I only missed some in-room bar

They have good espresso coffee mashine that was very nice additional thing. Stuff were great and very helpful!!

Some of them small but some are spacious enough even for American traveler. Staff are Very friendly and willing to help 24/7. Breakfasts are bit expensive but it is Switzerland, everything is expensive

2 star Swiss hotels like this would be 4 star in England. Lovely room, beautiful facilities, bath towels, slippers, comb, even shoe horn provided. Cold drinks in the fridge included in room price

Breakfast available at 6am for our early departure. Amazing selection of food, including Gluten Free bread for my Coeliac husband. All with complimentary Swiss chocolates at reception

Very modern, luxurious rooms in a historic building which was completely rebuilt and renovated. Rooftop sauna hot pools with great views of the city. Rooms have high ceilings, mini fridge, espresso machine, and more

Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice use of the beer theme (building used to be a brewery). Nice library in the dining area. Definitely try the rooftop pool, particularly on a cold, clear day.

The pool on the roof offer a stunning view of the city and the SPA is perfect for relaxing and charging batteries. People working there are nice, helpful and simple

A wonderful boutique hotel with lovely vibes. Rooms are stylish and of average size. Breakfast is included and takes place at the beautiful Library Bar. It was a wonderful daily routine

A bit loud at night depending where your room is. I'm not bothered I was on Saturday so that's normal. They provide you with towels and shower gel. The self check in is pretty straightforward

Appart from being remodeled currently it is a very nice hotel. Food is great and reasonably priced. They even provide you an aromatherapy kit promoting better sleep.

Location not too bad, room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was building work across the Rd that started at 7am and goes on all through the day.

The location is okay and the staff are friendly and attended to issues promptly as we have to change room when the socket in our original room was faulty

I have booked a 2 bedroom executive suite for my family. It is spacious enough my family. The tram station is right in front of the hotel and 2 stops away from Zurich HB. Super convenient 👍🏻

We've got upgraded by the hotel as well. The hotel is small, so there isn't any common dining hall. Instead, breakfast will be delivered to your room at the morning

Housekeeping services were limited but you could easy go to front desk and ask for anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was 24/7 front desk service and security was very good

The Flag Zurich is conveniently located to transit, grocery store, restaurant and downtown. The room, lobby and building was very clean and modern looking

Lovely selection of fresh food for breakfast. You have to pay in the evening. Only have double beds in all rooms. We booked a twin room for two ladies. Ideal location near to bus and train station

No Hot water on Friday night. Hot water only returned Saturday morning. Self checkin and checkout system lengthy and not intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. Everything else is fine!

As someone with dietary restrictions (halal), the options were limited — mainly bread, eggs, and mushrooms. There were also apples and canned fruits available for yogurt, which was a nice touch
