A nice hotel, not perfect though. Very central asian it combines large rooms and friendly staff with good service. There are some all issues however: the wifi is rather patchy, there is no ATM inside the hotel (one outside is not properly working most of the time), and our room was marked as non-smoker but distinctively had a smoke scent in it. All in all a pleasant experience though.

Huge comfortable rooms, clean toilets and friendly staff. Full set toiletries were provided and the rooms come with a fridge as well. The location is smack right in the city and next to the park. Price was reasonable as well.

This more of a homestay than a hotel. Rooms are pretty comfortable and the WiFi is serviceable. Avoid arranging a car and driver though them though as you may not get what you paid for.

A really comfortable home away from home! The room was all we could ask for as was the staff’s hospitality. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The hotel is somewhat away from the centre of the city but this wasn’t much of a problem - it’s maybe a 20 minute walk maximum to the centre.

In summary, an ok Hotel, a unique experience and of course the only option in town. Pro: - they do take credit cards - there is one younger lady at the front desk who speaks some English - rooms are ok. Clean, with plenty of hot water, I felt the temperature from the heater was very comfortable (I stayed in January) - it has a unique Soviet charm to it. Arrived between seasons and the skiing was not open but was able to ride the gondola and enjoy the great mountain setting. i imagine when the snow covers the mountain it would be fun to ski. it will take a couple good storms to cover the rocky mountain. The rooms are dated with stiff spring mattress but the blankets are nice and very clean. The wifi worked great for using the interpreter app

The rooms are hot hot hot. My family and other families were unable to sleep. The management of the hotel does not understand that the rooms are too hot and won't turn the heat down. Also, the hotel and the ski resort facilities do not accept credit cards, so bring cash.

Many things are good, but what lets it down is that, for skiing/snowboarding, there is a bunny slope, a red run and a black run, but nothing like a blue run, so it's very hard for beginners to move on.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Apts. Hard to find It was an apartment hotel on the 13th floor of Hotel Vatan, but there was no sign, so it was hard to find. The Vatan front desk was very kind. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also good. Coffee and tea are available in the dining room 24 hours a day. The staff were friendly.

I received a very warm and welcoming welcome as a guest. The hotel manager was always available and helped with all my questions, including those unrelated to my stay (such as registration). I highly recommend it!

Very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. There's a supermarket nearby, and the guesthouse is close to a bus stop. Taxis are also readily available. The host speaks English and helped call a taxi; very friendly. Parking is available if you're driving.

Nice homely hotel. The staff are extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile to help you. The breakfast spread is quite nice. Rooms are decent size (we got upgraded to Suites). They are a little old-fashioned but comfortable.

The Atlas Hotel was a fantastic place to relax. A lovely swimming pool and spacious restaurant. Exceptional staff who were very helpful and friendly. Affordable and comfortable hotel

From Australia In a city that is quickly developing and building many large buildings, this hotel holds onto the charm of the old city. Inside also holds a lovely charm you will not get in a new hotel. Rooms were large, and staff were very accommodating. There is room for some very minor fixes in the rooms but apart from that, we recommend this stay.
