The hotel's room is comfortable : there is an air conditioner that works very well. Every thing is clean especially the toilets. The bed is smooth and the T.V is interesting to watch. What I liked mostly about the hotel is their hospitality and service. A good place to stay in Dar Es Salaam. ❤❤❤

Most Things Didn’t Work in Hotel —But Staff Nice!
The staff were nice that’s about the only good thing to say of this hotel. The electricity keep shutting off the whole time I was there and they couldn’t keep the generator running. The WiFi was also very bad. Room AC old and barely worked. Nor did ceiling fan work. No regular TV but they did have smart TV to watch YOUTUBE or NETFLIX. Buffet breakfast a 4 out of 10. Location is a bit far from town but UBER works there. $20 per night so I guess I got what I paid for!

The only good thing: not far from bus station
I had booked a double room for 2 people, and they disagreed with my booking and we were installed at an individual room. We claimed back and after insisting they provided us with extra towel and water, but didn't change us the room. We were leaving early in the morning and even though we asked for just some bread, they told us that breakfast was not due until 7am, so we had to leave with nothing

The place is good for relaxing,there is peace,their breakfast is buffer,their rooms are clean,the staff provide good service ,All the units are good in providing good service,they care about their customer, their internet is fast,their rooms are full air condition

The breakfast is good and there is enough parking but there are a lot of issues, the maids arent friendly, in my room there was no room service number so i had to go to the reception everytime i wanted something, towels was not available until you request fron the reception, there is no table or chair for the guest for 50,000/- room. I think the hotel has a lot yo improve for sure especially in customer care

Rooms are clean. Prices are reasonable: options 50,60,80k. All with AC (great), free WiFi (decent speed, a bit unstable) and room service available, laundry and ironing also available.
Breakfast is buffet style, lots of options.
Kitchen closes at 3pm, but they can order food in the evenings from nearby restaurants. Otherwise not that far from Mlimani City and a range of choices for restaurants in the area.
Staff were all friendly and the manager was kind too.
