It's good hotel located in middle of town all location access

I stay in their PG accommodation. Food is average, sometimes below average, room water supply is no guarantee in between your shower it may stop sometimes not came back, drainage always problem.
And more over the complaints are acceptable but there is no solutions. They will teach us african scenarios.
As it is company accommodated , I have to survive here.

I stayed here for 6 days and back for another 5 days. I love my experience, the entire staff are so helpful and very humble also. There’s free breakfast and the street is very vibrant. And the offer seems great for the space compared to the other places I also checked out. It’s a perfect space for a budget space for tourists. Bravo to the management. WARNING. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
We left our room for two hours during the day and someone broke in, rummaged through our belongings, and stole $400 USD. This was the only money we had left for the rest of our travels. I hope that no other hotel guest has to go through this truly awful experience.

I did not stay inside this hotel the previous name was Royalmirage hotel,then changed the name of this building to Livingstone hotel now the owner of building have named it Iris Hotel. I having shopping in the shops of this building , optical shop, moneychanger shop and stationery shop and wakala as Airtel money,tigopesa etc in tyre shop.

AC water drops can fall on your face while sleeping, water pressure is too low for shower, no hot water facility, AC sound was loud, TV not working, No wifi range in your rooms. Food is just ok.

Delicious street food barbecue served. Always having customers. This in itself proves that the food served is to liking of the taste buds. Affordable price 👌. Don't miss out on this street food joint.
