Staff are so lovely and welcoming.
Rooms are cleaned daily and always replenished.
Good location for street food. Big Buddha, elephant and tiger sanctuary and local shops
Anything else, all are awesome. Really recommended to all family who travel to Phuket (area south of Phuket town).
Hotel is not of 4 star standard at all. Max 3 star.
There are a couple of places to eat nearby but you need to cross the busy road and the only way to do it is by running to the medium ***** and walking along it to safely reach the other side.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Pool is great for a morning swim before breakfast (no pool towels offered).
There’s a Tops Daily and 7 Eleven around the corner, ad for breakfast there’s Tang Toh across the Main Street (no F&B at the hotel).
It’s right next to a very busy street and the area is not one to walk around in.
Pros:
• The staff are very friendly and helpful.
• Except for the early morning rooster crowing, the surroundings are quiet.
• The balcony in the third-floor room is spacious and great for relaxing.
• Two bottles of water are provided every day, which is a nice touch.
Areas for Improvement:
• Room keys are kept in a plastic basket at the reception, where anyone could take them — this doesn’t feel very secure.
• The hair dryer switch is broken, so it can only be turned on and off by plugging and unplugging it.
• There are quite a lot of ants in the room.
