Noku hotel can give you a vacation with tranquility and convenience, it is close to most of the family friendly spots like zipline, dolphins show, tiger show, elephant suntuary, Central shopping mall in 20 to 30 mins( by grab)..

hotel staff are nice and warm, the main pool and
architectural design in Japanese modern and zen style are stylish.

Breakfasts were enjoyable with nice food and wonderful and breathtaking view (and not crowded)

Embrace (the only restaurant) serves very high quality of western and Thai food in a reasonable price.

The only negative comment is the pool in the villa is quite small and I am not sure how often they clean it up.

They have kids massges for aged 6 or above, which enables parents to enjoy massages at the same time.

This is a hotel underrated.

Everything is good except the noise from frogs at night during rainy season

room was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in

location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location.

the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay

the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature

otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded

The stay was comfy and 30 mins Grab ride from Old Town Phuket.
Was staying in Tree Villa, the cicadas were really loud at night but acceptable.
The buggy service was very convenient and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such a warm and thoughtful welcome—it really made us feel special.

The amenities were excellent, and the location offered beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The resort is set on a hill, which can make walking around a bit tough, but they’ve thought of everything to make it easier. Golf carts are always available to take you to and from your room, and we never had to wait long for one. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to town, which made exploring the area super easy and stress-free.

Between the stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend!
