The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room

The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good

Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially

They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use

And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all

Very cozy beach bungalow. Water comes at night and before midday. Bugs and lizards in a bungalow is normal. A good place for a peaceful relaxation for 3 days

We did the view point hike on the first day which was good but be ready for a steep start! The shuttle boats were always on time, but be aware the last one back is at 4

The The bungalows are cozy and well-situated, offering privacy and beautiful sea views. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up just steps from the beach makes the stay feel special and refreshing

We were a bit nervous as some of the reviews had been bad but we couldn’t see anything wrong with it. We had a bit of a choppy ride to the hotel and Ponza but that was quite fun. I love the rooms, love the location

The location is ok in the center 20 mins of walk to the veiw point But I lived on the first floor and it’s a bit loud and the hotel is located nearby canalisation river, it’s a bit smelly nearbythe hotel

Really clean place. Nice location. just 10 minutes walk from the pier. very close to the viewpoint stairs. close enough to a 7-eleven and the beach.

Everything was good, including the daily cleaning. What upset us was that our swimming mask was stolen from the upper veranda.

Possibly the best hotel on Long Beach. At least, the most authentic. Everything in the rooms is in Thai style, made of wood (other hotels are in more generic styles).

The hotel is right on the seashore. It has beautiful grounds with lots of greenery. The bungalows are a bit old, and the cleanliness inside isn't perfect. Breakfasts are good, and the prices at the cafe are standard

The second room was supposed to be in a two-story building with two rooms, but due to the hotel policy, it wasn't designed for three people. We were accommodated in a large stone building at the end of the hotel

And the view from the balcony: if you look down, there are water tanks, a pretty average view, but if you look into the distance, you get a view of the garden and the sea, which the bungalows don't offer

Unfortunately, when I booked, there wasn't a single room available for 4 days. So, I had to buy two different rooms. While planning my vacation, we decided to take my 10-year-old child with us

You can book The tour package from receiption, the boat is good and the boat driverskill is the best got no shake even on wavy sea

If staying in this hotel, request a room away from Karaoke bar. On the positive side, the location is good: close to restaurants, the pier, and night beach party spots (about a 5–10 minute walk)

Amazing stay at Indigo Hotel Phi Phi! The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful enough to relax. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds

It's fine for a couple of days. But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats

The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches. Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious

The hotel is in a stunning location, far from the village and ideal for those seeking tranquility. There are 150 steps to reach it from the beach, but they're a welcome change

Excellent hotel in the centre of phi phi. Clean large rooms, we had a room overlooking the street below and hardly heard any noise when sleeping. As described. Perfect budget hotel in an expensive place.

The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. It's fine for a two-night stay. The shower head was clogged, which made showering uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were clean

The hotel is in the center of the island, everything is nearby, and the beaches, and the pier, and cafes with exchange offices. The owners of the hotel are very friendly. And there are also three cute cats living there))

The staff carried my heavy suitcase upto the top floor where my room was situated without complaint The bed is soft and the room has tea/coffee and a kettle Close to everything you want on PP island

I had a wonderful stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village. The resort is very clean, well maintained, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even better

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The food in the Thai restaurant on the hill was exceptional. The rooms were fabulous and the service was amazing

That said, during the five days we stayed at the hotel, I only ate there once — because the restaurants near the hotel are excellent and cost about one-third of the price

We arranged at trip to maya beach form the activity centre and enjoyed the marine centre with really interesting education on clownfish, mangroves and conservation projects. Highly recommend staying here!

It was absolutely amazing, with crystal-clear water and many different kinds of fish. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phi Phi Island
