Amazing stay at Indigo Hotel Phi Phi! The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful enough to relax. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds. The staff truly make this place special: warm, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations or arrangements. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, and it feels like a great balance between island charm and comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phi Phi.Miss Warunee is very kind & helpfull staff … would recommend to stay here❤️

The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. They even have staff who help carry luggage from the pier. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend booking an inner room not facing the street, because the hotel is right in the center of Phi Phi. There's a 7-Eleven in front, and there might be noise from nearby bars. But overall, it's really great!

The hotel near Loh dalum beach, about 2 minutes walking and you can playing or swimming in the beach. .
You can book The tour package from receiption, the boat is good and the boat driverskill is the best got no shake even on wavy sea.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.
Our room, however, was very basic and clearly missing a bit of maintenance. The hotel is located next to a karaoke bar, which made sleeping difficult — we could hear loud music and parties until the early morning hours, and the windows were not very sound-isolating. If staying in this hotel, request a room away from Karaoke bar.
On the positive side, the location is good: close to restaurants, the pier, and night beach party spots (about a 5–10 minute walk). Long Beach is around a 30-minute walk away, and there are viewpoints nearby as well.
Free coffee and biscuits are available in the morning, and there is also free drinking water refills, which is a nice touch.

The hotel was great, close to several shops, beach and restaurants. The room was very clean and is a perfect beach type accommodation. At night was a bit noisy due to the bars outside at the street, nonetheless is something can be fixed easily with earplugs. Would happily stay again for a longer time.

Location is really good and in the middle of everything you wanna do. The place feels a bit old and there is balcony but can only fit one person otherwise i enjoyed my stay here and the best thing about it is the location

Stayed here for one night while visiting Phi Phi, and overall it served its purpose for a short stay but has a few noticeable drawbacks.
The hotel is very basic and clean, with simple rooms that are functional but not particularly comfortable. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the room, which made the first few hours a bit warm. There is no breakfast or in-house dining - only water and coffee provided - but there are many food options nearby within walking distance, which was convenient. 
Location is good - it’s centrally placed on Phi Phi Don, within a short walk of Ton Sai Pier (about 400–450 m, roughly 5–6 minutes) and close to many shops, restaurants, and the main beach area, so you can easily explore the island on foot. 
Before arrival, they asked us to message our ferry details so they could help with luggage pickup from the pier, but no one showed up even though we sent our info in advance. During check-in they helped carry our luggage up (our room was on the 3rd floor and there’s no lift), but at checkout they didn’t offer any assistance, which felt inconsistent. Staff weren’t very friendly compared to other places we’ve stayed. Since we were only there one night, it was okay, but for a longer stay it might feel less comfortable.
Overall, it’s a budget-level stay that’s clean and well-located, but if you’re looking for friendly service, comfort, and amenities you’ll probably want to choose somewhere else.
