The hotel is in a stunning location, far from the village and ideal for those seeking tranquility. The view is enchanting. There are 150 steps to reach it from the beach, but they're a welcome change. The only downside is the lack of daily housekeeping, at least for the two days we stayed.

It's fine for a couple of days.
But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats.
The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches.
Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious.
If you want to arrange a transfer upon arrival, contact the hotel directly via WhatsApp, as the TripCom chat was lengthy and unproductive.

Nice bungalow experience. Giving 5 stars as their current rating is unfair - most people complaining about needing longtail to get to Ton Sai but that applies to every hotel on Long Beach and you need to do your research, don’t blame the hotel. Good breakfast and very accommodating staff. It’s not a 5 star hotel but then that’s not what you’ve paid for. We had a good stay, thank you

A wonderful place for a secluded family vacation, with a beautiful beach within walking distance, stunning views from the bungalow, and delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff for the free shuttle from the pier to the hotel and back, and for the welcome with chilled towels and juice. A special request to the hotel for a mosquito coil on the bungalow terrace. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

This is my third time staying at HIP. The price was significantly higher this peak season, but the experience was as good as ever. I especially love the sea view and location from the window. Although there are long stairs to climb each way, it's worth it. The breakfast is also very good, and you can see many fish while snorkeling on the beach downstairs. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended.

If you like to chill and want a quiter vacation this is one of the best places to be in Phi Phi. The breakfast is quite good and staff is friendly. One drawback post 9PM you won't get anything her, but a 3mins walk to the paradise pearl minimart and restaurant which is open till 10PM

Avoid this place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel/resort where the staff is so sour. It’s like they resent the guests being there. The receptionist is especially unfriendly. I asked the risks of long boats crisscrossing the beach while you are swimming and the receptionist’s response was “nobody here to take care of you, ok.” She literally walked away after she said that. At breakfast, they come over to you while you are scooping the food on your plate and ask for your voucher ticket and stand there blocking you before you can even finish to walk back to the table. These people hate their jobs and hate tourists. It shows on their faces and actions.
As far as swimming. Forget it. This resort allow the long boats to dock anywhere they want. You have a tiny corded off area on the beach to swim.

Best view from beachfront cottages, we stayed in January 2023 for 3 nights.
Food is good and reasonably priced, drawback is restaurant takes last order at 9PM which is a bit off.
Location is to die for!
Staff is rude and service is not that great but the view can take me back!
