In short - I don't recommend it!!! I don't understand where the inflated 8, 9, and 10 star ratings came from??? It's a bungalow, a stone glass, everything is concrete, including the bed and closets. I highly recommend it! I really liked the bungalow; it's very comfortable and convenient. The beach is nice, I wanted to extend it, but it's all booked up; it's in high demand.

Secret Garden is my go-to place on Koh Samui. All staff are welcoming, friendly and treat me like family. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-positioned on the beach or around the pool. Food and drinks are very good coupled with weekly entertainment adds a big perk! I highly recommend Secret Garden!

The pool is really nice and being right on the beach is a plus. Reception was friendly at first, but often absent when we needed them. The restaurant staff weren’t very welcoming, and the room felt a bit strange, with the bathroom not well maintained. Also, trash was being put out literally right under our bathroom window at night, which was unpleasant.

Nice Beachfronthotel with a small Pool for the Kids. There is an small on water adventure park for the kids in front, but unfortunately for a extra fee.

Right on the beach and next to speed boat for neighbouring islands and next to the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were very good at amending our booking to 2 days later

We didn’t stay at Samui Pier but did visit for lunch and let our teenagers burn off some energy in the water park. And returned multiple times over our 2 week stay further along the beach. They have an extensive menu, all well priced. The service is great, very friendly and family oriented place. A special thanks to David and his team there at the beach front that were very attentive to our needs....

The room and the entire facility were very clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, and eager to help us with any questions we had. There are many shops nearby, as well as a gym. Also, even though we stayed in a room next to the street, it was very quiet at night. I will definitely visit again.

Pretty room! I defiantly recommend take the room with sea view because the sunset here is amazing. Private beach and lots of stuff like sup that you can feel free to use. Amazing service, room cleaning every day and laundry service.❤️

Great small Hotel near the airport and peer to Koh Phangan Haad Rin. If you like to be more quiet outside the crazy tourist centers but near to all thats your choice

Rooms are directly on flight path for Sumai airport. Planes fly very low over rooms from at least 7:00 AM until 10:00PM. Also major road construction directly in front of hotel causing terrible traffic and noise

Absolutely perfect property right on the water. We stayed here for a month during covid, and while we were the only guests in the entire property for most of the stay, the staff was incredibly nice and the property was maintained daily. There is also a 24 hour restaurant that could come in handy during some proper drinking sessions.

Nice location and quiet oasis. Prefect for relax. But breakfast is very small, we complained three times and got bigger one. The sunbeds are really old and shabby. In the room on 2 days we had a disgusting smell coming out of the shower sink. A great place but not well managed and in a not well maintained condition. Could be 5 star.

New hotel by the sea (build 2017). The idea and concept are very good, but don't match the reality. There is a really big noise from the airplanes and from the main road nearby (no noise isolation, only some paper wall between the street and coridor). The swimming pool seems to be great, but we didn't have a chance to try (out of service). Breakfast was very tasty.

If you're in Samui and want somewhere nice, spacious, clean and comfortable BOOK HERE!! The member of staff was so kind he showed us to our room in the pouring rain bless him. Our room was fabulous 2 bathrooms, a lounge area and an upstairs bedroom. It was absolutely perfect. I've not got a single fault to this place! First there is a steep stairway from the living area up to the sleeping area. There is no handrail and no guardrail. The steps are finished to look good but they can be a little slippery. A nice resort at its peak, but now quite run down and old. Had some issues with water in the shower and the walls and furniture show a lot of wear. Could not find a hairdryer either. We stayed 5 night at the resort. The resort is situated along many high end hotels, We had a family room which had 5 beds, we found the room to be clean and adequate. The real selling point is the distance to the beach. The restaurant as many of the other reviews have mention was amazing. Food was delicious and the fire show spectacular.
