Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. The Thai food for dinner was authentic and tasty (pretty sure no MSG was used fortunately). Jeen(?) in the lobby was always smiley and friendly. We will definitely come back. :)

Great location, calm hotel which is super important because the main street can get hectic. We didn't get breakfast, ratherenjoyed many of the restaurants that are in Chawang. The hotel boasts a great location right by Chaweng Beach with nice views and attentive service. The evening fireworks show was spectacular. The only downside was the inconsistent shower water pressure, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

One of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The service from staff was consistently incredible, and the buffet breakfast was good. Would absolutely return to such a calm and picturesque location. Personal favourite was the but 1 get 1 free happy hour on the beach from 4-6pm every day!

We stayed for 6 nights in this great little resort with fantastic location. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and private. Well. This place is just to a beach club: we could have guessed it won’t be quiet… but to add up the guest were generally very noisy and disrespectful. A nice hotel in a central location. Close to a mall, shops and several attractions. We spent there two nights, one in a regular room and one in a better room. I must say that the upgrade was not that noticeable, and we didn’t fell the difference in the rooms. The pool is pretty small and can get crowded, but beach is super close which is amazing.

I experience uncomfortable bed as got Twin bed sheet on King size bed it can be happened 2 sheets left/right but unfotunate I got 2 sheets on top and bottom which make stitch of 2 sheets right in the middle of bed and my back unbelievable.

Friendly and helpful staff, specially the Front deck staff K.Pu and another person when I checked in. Apart from arranging the room, they gave advice to how to go around and assist on practicality that I may need. The place is safe and convenient. As a budget hotel, the price is very reasonable and a good deal. The room is small and the beach is not ideal for swimming as it’s quite dirty, but it’s good to take pictures and the swimming pool in the hotel is clean though not so big, offers a good alternative for a relaxing vacation. The hotel offers BBQ dinner at the beachfront for a very good price, highly recommend!

The rooms were simple, yet clean and comfortable. The gym was solid and the pool are was nice, especially the beach in front of the pool. Location was also great since it was right in between one of the most famous beaches and the centre.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, but very dated furniture and amenities. There’s a lot of potential here, and in the off-season the price is definitely very reasonable. I would stay again if the price is right, and if the price was too inflated, I would look elsewhere. However, keep in mind that it is still very close to everything, but it is in a very quiet location. 

The resort is clean and cozy. The staffs are mostly friendly and approachable. I believe it’s the best location for me as I can go to the beach on one end and the other end I can go straight easily to the Mall. Location is quite convenient and it was not hard to get a grab at all. Breakfast selection was great with a great view.

We were in the old part, a genuine throwback in tbe seventies 😄 After a shower it was a complete flooding of the room. 😄 Unfortunately the hotel is running down. It's very sad because there's potential. The hotel beach was the best part.

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. Coconut drinks at breakfast buffet were a plus and the beach was small but cozy. One downside though-- We were away 10am-330pm on our second day and came back to the room to find it still not cleaned... the staff was starting cleaning at 330 which felt very late and inconvenient...
