Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. The Thai food for dinner was authentic and tasty (pretty sure no MSG was used fortunately). Jeen(?) in the lobby was always smiley and friendly. We will definitely come back. :)

Great location, calm hotel which is super important because the main street can get hectic. We didn't get breakfast, ratherenjoyed many of the restaurants that are in Chawang. The pool are is really beautiful, whole place is filled wity greenery. The bathroom can be enhanced with another towel rack, we only had one hook for a towel.

Stayed for 1 week in early February. Everything was superb. Breakfast was lovely with loads of selections. The room was spotless and regularly serviced. The reception staff were obliging and service was prompt. The pool area was always tidy. Overall a really nice week was had.

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. Coconut drinks at breakfast buffet were a plus and the beach was small but cozy. The house keeping is poor, cotton bud was found in the balcony when we check in. Pest control is also poor, as the room is filled with flies and mosquitoes. Gym is clear and staff are in general helpful. The breakfast buffet is quick tasty.

Receptionist insisted on taking a photo of my bookings from trip.com from my phone's apps, although she has sighted my bookings from their own system and also photocopy my passport already. We stayed for 6 nights in this great little resort with fantastic location. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and private. Great location if you want to party, they have a pool party for adults only from the afternoon to the night. Planes fly directly overhead which can get annoying if you are a light sleeper

Well. This place is just to a beach club: we could have guessed it won’t be quiet… but to add up the guest were generally very noisy and disrespectful. Just don’t book there if you want peaceful nights.. or bring solid earplugs. Also, the showers are really bad in the rooms ! Still useable but not a great experience.

A nice hotel in a central location. Close to a mall, shops and several attractions. We spent there two nights, one in a regular room and one in a better room. I must say that the upgrade was not that noticeable, and we didn’t fell the difference in the rooms. The pool is pretty small and can get crowded, but beach is super close which is amazing.

As a budget hotel, the price is very reasonable and a good deal. The room is small and the beach is not ideal for swimming as it’s quite dirty, but it’s good to take pictures and the swimming pool in the hotel is clean though not so big, offers a good alternative for a relaxing vacation. The hotel offers BBQ dinner at the beachfront for a very good price, highly recommend!

Excellent location, comfortable bed, but very dated furniture and amenities. There’s a lot of potential here, and in the off-season the price is definitely very reasonable. I would stay again if the price is right, and if the price was too inflated, I would look elsewhere. However, keep in mind that it is still very close to everything, but it is in a very quiet location. 

The resort is clean and cozy. The staffs are mostly friendly and approachable. I believe it’s the best location for me as I can go to the beach on one end and the other end I can go straight easily to the Mall. It's unfinished at the moment but I think this is reflected in the price. After it's finished, I'd imagine it will cost 4-5x more. It's missing a lot of the normal services that some people use and expect, however it doesn't bother me at all. The Teak is a part of the Blue Lagoon, but on the opposite side of the road. We really enjoyed our stay her even though the hotel is far from finished. The Teak is a new hotel, owned by the same company as Blue Lagoon across the road. It's still a building site (Feb 2018). Only a few rooms in one building are currently in use so there is always plenty of sun loungers available around the 108m pool.
