4 stars because there is no lift there. But I liked my room, there was a TV, a fridge, big balcony, one big size bed and sofa. Bedside table and wardrobe.

Good guesthouse close to beach. Friendly Iranian owner

booked through a third party website. arrive and there are no rooms...appears something wasn't updated so they overbooked. they were polite about it...but drive 2 hours and you expect to be able to check in was pretty bad. walked up and down the soi to see what else was available but its a bit of a seedy soi with a transgender brothel at one end and lots of "rooms for rent". again....employee was polite about everything but really not good experience.
