The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature with a lovely view of the mountains and greenery. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, always helpful and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

It was amazing, this was actually the only place near the hq which wasn't booked up so I didn't have much choice but when I got there I realised it was way better than most places I looked at in the town!

It was soo quiet and peaceful, so cheap, I got free breakfast as a solo traveller and I accidentally slept through dinner so they gave me a whole fruit platter, panko chicken, spring rolls and chili sauce for free...

They also offer great Thai massages in-room for 620 bht per hour. This place is optimum tranquility whereas in the town it's not as relaxing, plus you just take a ride for 100 bht to the town that the hotel organise everything for you.

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance and absolutely loved it. Ended up staying for 2 nights and will definitely be back. Superb! It's like glamping at its best, comfort-wise.

The accommodation is in tents, clean and comfortable. The morning air was great, with fog until 9 am. However, the walk to check-in is a bit long. The breakfast selection is limited but delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a good experience.

This hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment, on a limestone cliff with a lake. It felt like being in a jungle, which was lovely. The welcome was good, with butterfly tea and clear explanations. However, it's quite isolated, facing a departmental road far from the city. They offer a taxi service, but it's too expensive. This means the only accessible dining option is the hotel's own restaurant, which is a major drawback:
- The service is poor: twice, we had to go and get the menus ourselves.
- The staff seemed disengaged and were all on their phones.
- The restaurant closes at 8 PM, which is quite astounding. On our second night, we arrived at 7:50 PM, right after a group of 20 people, and were told only fried rice dishes were available because we arrived too late… we clearly have different definitions of 'late'. Imagine if we had gone on a night safari excursion, or checked in at 9 PM – we wouldn't have been able to eat, which is a real problem.
- Once ordered, the dishes didn't arrive together. My girlfriend had almost finished her meal by the time mine was served (two fried rice and chicken dishes, by the way).

Additionally, we couldn't find a hairdryer, and there was another issue: the room was poorly soundproofed; you could hear everyone as if they were right inside our room.

Exotic = Not clean???
The room is damp.
The bed is dusty, and my skin is itchy.
The sheets, blankets, and pillows smell musty and make me dizzy.
The tent canvas is covered in mold. My throat and nose are sore from breathing.
The water is dirty and light.
The floor is wet, damp, and moldy.
The entrance is too far away. There's no receptionist.
There's little light in the room.
