It was an absolutely wonderful trip. Many thanks to Ms. Buppha J for her warm and professional service. She contacted us in advance while we were still in China, arranged the car reservation and all our itineraries locally, and everything was well-organized.

On our first day in Khao Sok National Park, the guide she arranged was excellent. All the other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks also to Mr. Boy for his kind assistance.

I will definitely come back if I get the chance, to see the Rafflesia and enjoy the lake area again!

The resort is situated in a stunning location. This magical setting is also its "downside," as there's nothing to do in the immediate vicinity of the resort in the evenings. While the resort is willing to arrange transportation, it's quite expensive for the distance. Although the food in the restaurant is good, we found it a shame to have to pre-order our dinner choices for the evening in the morning.

Beautiful views and an unusual hotel. The staff is very friendly and tries hard. But the hotel needs a manager who can teach me how to provide proper service. I don't care how many smiles I get if check-in and check-out take a long time. They need a video intercom downstairs by the parking lot so that when guests arrive, they can call reception and they'll send a car. Or how do we walk from the parking lot? The food at the hotel is average. This is understandable, since the emphasis is on the view. The waiters confuse hot and cold coffee and forget to bring a drink for breakfast. Many reviews have written about the amazing night sounds. I only heard a ton of cicadas, and that's it. The hotel offered an interesting ATV ride. It's worth taking. But this is thanks to the ATV tour organizers, not the hotel.

The location is beautiful on a hill with a beautiful view. However, there's not much to do around here. You'll have to explore on your own or book a tour with the hotel.
Breakfast was good, and the portions were generous. There was rice porridge and breakfast.
Fried eggs, bread, pancakes, and plenty of fruit.

The tent accommodation is quite old. Including many things that are very old, such as the air conditioner, which is not very cool, yellow towels. There aren't many amenities, but it's understandable because it's a natural accommodation. The service is very good. All employees are attentive and very good at reception. and compensates well for all customer uneasiness

Very beautiful place in the middle of nature. Need to hire a driver or rent a car to get here...not much around the place so if you go there, you might just stay at the hotel or go on a little adventure around the surrounding area, but don't expect many food options around the area. Would stay here again.
