Cede Boutique Beach Resort in Koh Phayam

5* resort where you arrive as guests and leave as family.. Cede boutique resort is the best place we stayed on koh phayam, we liked it so much we left the next place we were staying to return for our 2nd week. The rooms are large, luxurious with the most comfortable beds and cool air con. The restaurant and cafe serve beautiful food (breakfast is just gorgeous) and drinks made with love and all great value. The owner Celi and her staff treat you like family and you leave longing to return.. When we return we did a wedding blessing on the beach and the team went above and beyond to make it special for us and this memory will stay with us forever.. Tip: don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you can.

The photos don't do this place justice.. 100% the best place resort and beach on koh phayam. The rooms are large, luxurious with the most comfortable beds, the restaurant and cafe serve beautiful food and drinks made with love and care and are excellent value for money. But the best thing is manager Celi and her staff who treat you like family and you leaving longing to return. we loved our stay so much we left our next place and returned and then did our wedding blessing on the beach and received just the most exceptional hospitality to make it more special than we could imagine.. just book and stay as long as you can..

Stayed as a solo traveler in January at CEDE and absolutely loved it. It was perfectly situated on Aow Yai Beach and stood out amongst all other places with a more upscale feel without being pretentious. It hits on all points as you don't lose the feeling of being on a more low key island but also can enjoy having a hot shower and not worry about waking up next to an unexpected guest from the outside. The grounds were lovely with plenty of loungers to enjoy with sun or shade while sipping on delicious mojitos served with a smile from the sweetest staff, I'm sorry I forgot her name. Food and coffee was also very good but close walking distance to some wonderful restaurants as well. Nothing was too much to ask for and when any issues came about they were promptly resolved. The bungalow was beautiful, seemed even nicer than pictured, with a bathroom fit for a QUEEN. Snacks and drinks were stocked in the room which was convenient. If you are into yoga, I noticed they had morning and sunset sessions that looked very peaceful and would try out next time for sure. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

We had a really beautiful stay here, it is definitely one of the best boutique resorts on the island. It’s very clean, modern rooms, air conditioning etc plus the team are amazing. They really went above and beyond, we were only sorry that we could not stay longer.

This place exceeded expectations. First of all the staff are all amazing people, kind, efficient and super helpful. The food was unreal. I hate not leaving a resort and eating mainly there but here at Cede - they have Italian, Great thai food and even some eclectic thai-Italian fusion that was delicious. Cede is a boss and runs this place as such. Couldn’t say enough about this place other than this is where I will be coming for the rest of my life. Thanks to everyone for such a beautiful experience.

Modern family owned resort in Bauhaus style. Cool and spacious bungalows and very friendly and helpful people.
Though not everything was ready after covid and the rooms need a bit refurbishment it was really a great stay.

Their photos on website are definitely not overrated. The place is decently maintained. Spacious room. Bed and shower are comfortable. Rooms are not too close to each other hence still good privacy. Breakfast is yummy. Good beach view. Lovely service, K.Belle has been very attentive and helpful.
