Pathetic is an understatement
Room is spacious is the only good point .
Bathroom is horribly dirty moldy.
Toilet moldy.
They say it's a 4- star
I wouldn't even give it a 2-star
Worse than a motel.
The reception staff is aggressive and rude .
We travel extensively
We always get extra pillow and blanket. To date no one has ever charged us extra for that. They charge us 300 tbt for extra pillow and blanket.
Would not even recommend this place to an enemy!!!!

No napkins at all ..no hand towel or tissue in the room. Even motels have that and they claim to be a 4-star!
Air-conditioning - no swing feature working for fan and just not working well. Either too cold or too hot !
Also TV no English channels so what kind of a 4-star hotel would this be....and in a tourist places !

Moreover in today age of remote working and internet their wifi is almost nonexistent
Moreover they gave us the wrong password and the receptionist was so aggressive saying I told you the internet is poor except at the lobby!!!! We had to tell her poor network and password not working are 2 different things !!!!
We had to show her her own written paper where she gave us the wrong password!!!
She was so rude till then ... Yet no word of apology
Would never ever come to this place again!!!!

Bed was so hard like a wooden plank.
Had rexine cover and another level of something on it which was also luggage. We had to lay the comforter on it to get some sleep! Else hard as wood and uncomfortable.... And the mattress did not cover the bed frame as a result of u had to get out of bed had to stumble over the frame to step on ground!!!!

Would not give even 1 star!!!

To the Manager of this Platinum Siam hotel. Normally I'm not complaining person but this time I have to say something. To receptions services that's almost poor... no professional service, when we asking something for help they have to say something back! They are not welcome to help at all !themselves . with the YouTube! Also the room no water no teaspoon bathroom is really dirty! Almost everything dirty... this is should not be 4 star hotel...!!!

Air conditioner barely kept room cool after hours of being on max, only 2 towels provided, amenities were poor at best, soap was super low grade quality, toilet was running water all night and had brown water at multiple points, and no breakfast to top it off. Won't be booking again in future.

Pictures on site are very deceiving. Don't trust the pictures as they hire professionals to make it "look" appealing when in reality it's a run down hotel that needs updating.

Disclaimer: I had no choice in picking hotels as I was with a tour. As someone who has stayed a tons of different hotels internationally, I'm sorry to say that this is one of the not so good hotels I've stayed at.

The rooms had little bugs crawling all over the place, and the bathroom was not very clean. Not very many options for the buffet. Their wifi system is very frustrating. You have to ask them for the login. Everyone gets a different login and password. Everytime you shut your phone off, you have to re-enter the password and login. They run out of cold shower water very often, so my family and I had to shower in very very scalding hot water daily.

What I did enjoy was the view from my hotel room, the coffee, and the friendly staff.
