Consists of two residential buildings. The main building of 12 floors with sea views and 3 storey building Lanai with private swimming pool and tropical garden.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 50 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, mattresses, towels – free of charge.
