Silversand Resort Samed in Samet Island

The rooms had great showers, AC. The breakfast was very good. Dinner was great if you stick to the Thai food (Thailand does not make normal pizza). The smoothie stand isn’t very good I’d try the other one next door.

Most the staff are friendly and helpful.

The beach is great mid evening, water really tightens up your skin.

The music is pretty bumpin till midnight, so expect a more 20+ party environment. The mini Mart is useless they sell nothing worthy other than water and beers.

This is NOT a family area, older teens maybe but it’s definitely an island with no rules.

Restaurant serves very good food except for the bbq ribs. Their som tum and chicken wings really good.
Breakfast had a variety of dishes. Good deal.

Great resort, loved every bit. Great staff, very relaxing and peaceful, good food. Value for money! Absolutely no complaints.

This trip, I and friends choosed this resort to stay. I wanna say ' Wowwww' so nice and the staff also friendly n helpful... Management team is good , why I say like this because from my experience so long

Next to the beach and awesome place to stay. You will have everything you need on one spot. Staff is incredible service minded and friendly. Booked a family room cause everything was full booked. But I wasn't disappointed. The room was on the top floor 3:d floor, and I had a huge balcony. Only thing I was not satisfied was the breakfast.
Highly recommended.

To my opinion it's one of the best hotels on the one of the best islands in Thailand. Why? Beacause you can walk to many biutiful beaches from this place, and you have shop nearby, and a center of the city not very far if you need it. Local beach is 30seconds from your room number. And very biutiful garden... breakfest is good. And of course here we have very nice disco in evening.

Rooms are basic but functional and clean. Location is good, walking distance to the main beaches and plenty of motorcycle parking outside. The food at breakfast is basic, but it's edible and there's an egg station. Staff are attentive and do their work without dragging their feet - housekeeping, maintenance, front desk etc. Not a 5* resort, but it isn't bad. Just beware that there's a nightclub nextdoor, so if you want peace and quiet, ask for a room towards the back of the resort.

I was recommended this place for dinner but came twice both for lunch and dinner it was so good. Massive menu with a great choice of traditional Thai food, the best I had while in Koh Samed. Try the oysters. In the evening theee is a fire show in the beach at 9pm. An immersive and enjoyable experience. Make sure this is on your list for Koh Samed.
