Next to the beach and awesome place to stay. You will have everything you need on one spot. Staff is incredible service minded and friendly. Booked a family room cause everything was full booked. But I wasn't disappointed. The room was on the top floor 3:d floor, and I had a huge balcony. Only thing I was not satisfied was the breakfast.

To my opinion it's one of the best hotels on the one of the best islands in Thailand. Why? Beacause you can walk to many biutiful beaches from this place, and you have shop nearby, and a center of the city not very far if you need it. Local beach is 30seconds from your room number. And very biutiful garden... breakfest is good. And of course here we have very nice disco in evening.
Rooms are basic but functional and clean. Location is good, walking distance to the main beaches and plenty of motorcycle parking outside. The food at breakfast is basic, but it's edible and there's an egg station. Staff are attentive and do their work without dragging their feet - housekeeping, maintenance, front desk etc. Not a 5* resort, but it isn't bad. Just beware that there's a nightclub nextdoor, so if you want peace and quiet, ask for a room towards the back of the resort.
Of you want calm you can forget this place!

I was recommended this place for dinner but came twice both for lunch and dinner it was so good. Massive menu with a great choice of traditional Thai food, the best I had while in Koh Samed. Try the oysters. In the evening theee is a fire show in the beach at 9pm. An immersive and enjoyable experience. Make sure this is on your list for Koh Samed.
The music at the bar is so loud, it’s unbelievable. Pure noise pollution.
Small beach with northern side being particularly rocky. Good room and average restaurant. Has mini mart and nightime bar/disco.

It's OK - if you have one of the rooms closest to the beach but furthest away from the club. A big plus with this hotel is that there is a convenience store, a cheap(ish) Thai noodle stall, a crepe stall, and a smoothie stall along w the general hotel restaurant whose menu is quite extensive. It feels a bit like a self contained village. The seafood is overpriced and not that great, but this is typical of koh samet. And it's true, service at the restaurant and hotel in general is not stellar by any means. But I've stayed here more than once and it has somehow grown on me.

Staying here now. Maybe 6 people nursing drinks in the bar next door, but the music is blaring! Easily the loudest place on the island. Had a more peaceful stay in Oli’s hostel last year! In a dorm room! Picked this place for a romantic couple of days with the gf. BIG MISTAKE!!! Would be ok, but the sheer wall of noise kills any vibe they could have had. Avoid.
