Terrible. The service was awful. I booked a specific room, but the accommodation tried to make me choose another and pay extra. The room I actually booked was still occupied. They forced me to pay more and switch rooms. This kind of experience is just terrible and very disappointing.

Located away from the main party scene
It has its own vibe, so bring a bike.
Secluded bay
Cool bars
Clean water, gentle entry into the sea
Rooms are tired but clean. I recommend booking rooms 6 and up, as they're better located.
Breakfasts are average.

Very chilled place. Nestled in a cove with lovely white sand beach. Rocky in some areas. A handful of bars. Not too busy. Lots of dogs on the beach. Might be a problem if you have kids that are scared of dogs. Breakfast nice. Hotel staff are very attentive. They arranged for someone to fix the A/C while we were there. Quiet.
Location. Sounds of sea at night, which was very calming. Lovely location. Clean place with comfy beds. Not top end in terms of accommodation options, but certainly very pleasant and good value for money.

Everything was excellent! Polite staff 👍, great breakfast, plenty of choice🔥. We stayed in a bungalow, it was clean and had everything you needed. We didn't regret it. Sea🔥, sand💣.

A wonderful place for couples! For those who aren't interested in parties and loud music. Quiet, calm, and beautiful. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good breakfast. The beach nearby is clean.

Another amazing stay with this great view of Ao Chor. Very friendly people who helped us transfers and made my friend a coconut fruit birthday cake with sparklers. Delicious meals, I look forward to returning. Wonderful stay.

Location is good. Staff are friendly and try really hard. Food is really good. Rooms are older but clean and perfectly acceptable. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is good, but the facilities are old and not really well taken care of. As mentioned by other reviews, the price does not match what you get. It’s located on one of the more quiet beaches on the island, and especially at night, it is not easy to reach the more lively areas of the island. If coming back to Koh Samet I would not chose this accommodation again.
