Baan Supparod in Samet Island

Great view. Facilities are well cleaned. Place is really quite, its perfect get away from the hustling and bustling city. I feel like i regained my energy and peace of mind. This is my new place to go whenever i get a vacation. Will definitely go back again and enjoy the sea breeze.

I've been meaning to throw these guys a 5-star review since we got back on from our Honeymoon 5 years ago. I've literally thought about this place that much since then. Prior to coming here, we stayed at the 5-star Hilton in Bangkok but we had much better customer service here with Baan Supparod than the Hilton.

I just really appreciate the simple life they cultivate with the bungalo type housing and its a great, quite corner of the island but its only 4 min walk to the main street. Cant beat this location imo.

Beautiful small resort with bungalows. Clean and comfy. Good bed. Interesting and vibrant color-scheme in the rooms. A hair-dryer would be a good addition to the room amenities. Free water and coffee in the room. Good location on the north side of the island, a short walk or motorcycle ride to the "main street". No breakfast available during our stay, probably because of covid-19. Nice small chairs outside the bungalow, a good surrounding to have a afternoon beer. Some mosquitoes in the evening, so would recommend bringing your mosquito repellant. Will stay again!

Great staff with great and friendly service. Breakfast was alright and you will for sure get full. The restaurant are compared to those on the beach amongst the better ones.

The cabin/room could've used some more storage and some thorough cleaning every once in a while would be good.

Silent and basically in a park, so you see and hear a lot of animals but you won't hear music or tourists from the beach.

The staff were happy to help you with anything and always greeted you with a smile. This is a beautiful place, just a few minutes walk from the "proper" beach.

The hotel is part of group called Samed Resorts. They joint to make the logistic of coming and getting off the island very easily.
Baan Supparod is located on the east side of the island. The hotel has nice wooden huts, spacious, clean and cozy, homy. It includes, soap&shampoo, shower&beach towels, refrigerator, AC, nice porch with chairs &small table. The gardening is amazing, so green, lush, and looks natural. The hotel is great for solo and couple travelers, it is very quiet and relaxing. The stuff are very helpfull, efficient, and friendly. The rocky beach is not suitable for swimming, however you can sit down and marvel the views. There is a pool you can use in the neighbor resort, and nice swimming beach within a short distance. The breakfast is served on a very beautiful porch and it is very nice. The nearby village has lots of shops, restaurants, 7 eleven, massage parlors etc. I would recommend this hotel very much.
