Strategic location for sure, easy access to everywhere. Walking distance to beach, shopping malls, plenty shops nearby. Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. Well equipped gym room, one for cardio exercises with treadmill, rowing machine etc. The other with dumbells, kettlebells, and strength training machines....

There is a steep slope to royal wing which is inconvenient for elderly as well as pushing the luggage. Housekeeping was slow. Room is still not cleaned at ard 3.30pm. Do not stay here if you can't stand the loud music.

The hotel is right by Patong Beach, and it has a pool that faces the beach directly. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also fantastic! The service is superb, with staff helping to carry luggage to the room.

A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.

The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel's restaurant and facilities were all excellent. The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further. If you choose this hotel, you can temporarily set aside other plans and just enjoy your stay.

Our stay was excellent! The staff were really welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. The family room was spacious enough and the breakfast was also great.

Great location convinient and good service. When we arrived we found out that we stay in the least area of the resort with sepperate pool. That wasn't detailed when we made the reservation

The room was generally clean, but service was minimal. During my three-day stay, I received a small snack once and a fruit platter twice. There's a PS4 in the room, but the controllers were dead and there were no CDs. I asked the front desk if I could borrow some, but they were out. A big plus was the kids' club, which had many activities and offered free childcare.

The room was excellent and relatively quiet. Breakfast was decent, and they even had congee, which was great for a Chinese palate. The hotel has several pools, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim. The hotel's location is quite good.

Terrible service! We arrived very late, around 10 PM, and were given a room. We had booked a family suite, but it was just a standard room with one bed. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the hotel staff, though polite, didn't resolve the issue. They made various excuses not to change our room and eventually just brought over a rollaway bed. Overall, it's pretty good, but 1400 a night feels a bit pricey. It's excellent for kids, with a fun children's pool and a kids' club. Breakfast was decent, and the location is good too. No obvious flaws with the hotel.

Fantastic location- short walk to beach, Bangla Rd, shopping centre, massage and bars. Room was spacious with nice size balcony. Breakfast was awesome with American, Thai, Japanese and Indian options available. The two pools were amazingly refreshing and well laid out. Will definitely go back.
