Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive. In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk supervisor was rude and completely disregarded our feelings as guests. We had already checked in and stayed one night, but on the second day, because one guest hadn't arrived to check in yet, they stopped us from entering the room. It was a very disappointing experience!

My best stay in phuket by far. this resort was out of mind. make sure to enjoy it. and use some replant for the mosquitos.

Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The location from the Surin-beach is the closest possible. This hotel is very well suited for relaxation.

After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

Have stayed twice. First time june 24 the pool pump expired and the pool went green. I didn’t worry these things happen. This time Dec 24 major waterworks all around the pool. I didn’t complain. Parked my motorcycle in the car park and got a very curt message sellotaped to the tank ‘This is a car park, not a motorcycle park’. So I complained at their lack of writing etiquette. Overall everything was great — good location, good facilities, and a nice clean room. It’s seafront and just across from the beach, but the part right in front isn’t really suitable for swimming. You’ll need to walk about 3–4 minutes down to the middle section of the beach, which is much better for swimming and relaxing.

The hotel is hard to find as it is nested within Mamma Mia restaurant. There is a strong damp smell inside the premises. The hotel is directly on the beach, you can take long walks on the beach or simply relax and swim. It’s close to amenities and would recommend it to friends and relatives.
