Beautiful place to stay, especially being our first time in Thailand, Thaaank you to Bonnie and the rest of the Reception team, you guys were very accomodating because of our delayed flights, we still got a pool access room! Bubbly and happy people, really nice to be around.

Special mention to the Chef’s especially Nueng! First day I ordered bacon, and bamm he just remember my face, and got bacon every morning!!! The breakfast was always a hit!!!! Amazing chefs! 👌🏾Stunning views!

So good, we changed our plans to stay at another hotel to stay here!

We were so satisfied that we changed our plan at another hotel just to stay at Fusion for our entire trip! (We originally planned to stay at 2 places).
The hotel is extremely clean and airy. While the location on the mountain takes a bit of time to get down to Patong Beach but the hotel conveniently offers a free shuttle bus every few hours, which was perfect.
The most impressive thing was the staff. Everyone – from reception, the service team, housekeeping, to the drivers and security – was super polite, friendly, and professional.
A special thank you to Chef Nueng - Party for taking such great care of us. This hotel truly contributed to making our vacation much more meaningful.
P/S: A small, funny minus point: the toilet spray is quite strong, it was "startling" me to use! 🤣
We will 100% recommend this to friends and will definitely come back if we get the chance to return to Phuket!

We recently stayed at Fusion Suites Phuket Thailand, and our experience was nothing short of magical. This stunning 5-star property on Patong Beach combines comfort, elegance, and genuine Thai warmth in every detail.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team—especially Dew, Toon, Bonnie, Aad, Maya, the Reception Team, and the wonderful main Chef—made us feel like family. Each one of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their smiles, kindness, and attentiveness made every day special.

We were in Phuket to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and to our amazement, they surprised her not once but twice—with a lovely party and thoughtful gifts! The joy on her face and the effort put in by the staff truly touched our hearts. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and hospitality.

The property itself is gorgeous—spacious rooms, three beautiful swimming pools, a lively bar, and a kids' game area that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The breakfast spread was plentiful with delicious options, and the Chef personally ensured every meal was perfect.

Fusion Suites Phuket isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where memories are made and hearts are warmed. Thank you, team, for making our family vacation so unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back again!

This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff are so helpful and understanding. This was our first trip with our 9-month-old baby, and they really made things so much easier for us. Huge thanks to the reception staff, Luwis and Cartoon, for all the help.

Every single staff member we met was super friendly. The room was also big enough for our baby to crawl around, which we really appreciated.

The only small thing is it would be nice to have a covered walkway between the lobby and the rooms—since it was rainy season, we sometimes got wet. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail compared to how great everything else was.

It’s also a great place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The location isn’t far from the beach, but it’s much calmer compared to the busy hotels right on the beachfront. Really recommended if you value privacy.

Overall, I’d give this stay 150% out of 100%. We loved it and would definitely come back!

I stayed there for 2 nights, I spent a wonderful time since the moment I entered, I really loved the staff they were very kind smiling and welcoming every time, they helped me with all my questions, the place itself is nice and clean, quiet and have nice view. Hotel provides the shuttle each 2 hours which is really great. For all the staff thank you for your kindness 🙏

Stayed for 3 nights during September end..This resort is definitely worth every penny you will spend.. The Value for Money you will get by staying in their Grand Delux Room is beyond satisfying.

Rooms -Stayed at the Grand Delux. Was lucky to get a partial Sea-View Room along with hills on the other side. Direct Sunset Views. Quiet rooms with awesome bedding. Complementary non-alcoholic mini bar replenished everyday. The attention to details is immaculate as they give you one of best coffee sachets ( strike coffee ) in the rooms. The decor is modern and comforting. Pure bliss.

Breakfast - Limited Options owing to low season + some renovations happening in their restaurant. But this didn't spoil the breakfast experience. The taste of every item they have is exemplary. Each of the items are prepared with a lot of heart. In my view, out of the 3 resorts we stayed around Phuket and Ao Nang ( all 3 being 4/5 stars ) the breakfast at Fusion Suites was the best.

Facilities and Service - Immaculate. Very clean property. Maintained regularly. Awesome swimming pool with multiple small waterfalls around. The View from open air pub Breeze is some of the best you will get in Phuket. We saw one of the best sunsets of our lives from here . The cocktails served near the pool and delectable. The staff are super friendly and are ready to go beyond their duties to help you. There are 6 free roundtrip shuttle options available to and from Patong Beach/Jungceylon Mall. From 10 am to 8 pm.

Location - According to me, the location was awesome. Being on top of the Patong Hill, you get the best views. Also, you have solitude that you look for especially if you are visiting as a couple. It takes you 10 Mins to reach the heart of Patong and 15-20 Mins to reach Bangla Wapking Street / Patong Beach. However, the only downside is if you miss the resort shuttle service, you will need to shell out 300-400 Baht one-way to go/return from Patong Beach area. On the flipside, if you have to go to Old Phuket Town / Central and West Phuket or travel to the airport , you save 15 Mins and some considerable money.

Fusion Suites really surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend it to whoever is travelling to Phuket and planning to spend time near Patong Beach. Will definitely come back again
