Yes, best you can get in Kathu, pool, Market eats, 7/11... Within 25m...bar same 25m cheap beer till 11pm.

The place was dirty (stained sheets, dirty refrigerator, etc.) with few of the necessities (no soap, no blankets, toilet paper, etc). There was nobody stationed at the reception desk. It looked vacated - did not see other guests or employees. The air conditioner did not work and the place smelled moldy. We left a day early because it was miserable and my family would disagree with the 3 star rating of this hotel.

Smelling and dirty hotel
Room not cleaned well, furnitures weared, old and looks like near to limit, bed very unfconfortable + very bog rooms for crowdeds and outside was smelling because of a water channel

Great Hotel. Stayed here a couple of times. The owners upgrading the facilities. There is now an elevator. Great location. Central to everything.

Booked in for 4 nights left after 4 hours
Disgusting place I wouldn’t recommend this place room dirty pool 🏊‍♀️ is Green no dishwashing detergents or sponges 🧽 the pots are so disgusting you would not cook in them the owner is a disgusting person
I would not let my dog 🐕 stay in this rotten place

+ Jaw at the front desk was a huge help, Awesome guy. The Apts are huge & a great value for the price. I was training Muay Thai at a nearby gym Phuket King Muay Thai so I rented this apt. If you need to stay in Kathu choose Orchid Heights!!
