Huge bed, the air con worked great, quiet till sundown, then started to notice the hookers coming out of rooms. It was a great spot for people watching, and a short walk to the pier.

Hey everyone, have you ever tried the life in jail? But we just did it, because The Rooms with 700b is pretty noisy and humid with no windows on the wall!the calorifier can not heat water only if we keep pressing the button, after shut down the water heater it keep dropping water whole night

This is a VERY basic motel however for 700 bahts you get a clean quiet room for 2 with a hot shower, comfortable beds and AC. I think that's pretty good value.
Suitable price and quite place. But the bed must be use the quite bed becoz that has sounds so loudly and overlay must improve more
Quite good, quiet, back from road, cheap, clean only con was no wifi in room at back but can just walk out a bit for free wifi
There are some really harsh reviews on here! For what it is the place is perfect, clean, comfortable and cheap. Good central location very close to the pier but set away from the main road. I can’t understand all the negative reviews. It is clearly budget accommodation so if that’s what you’re expecting you will be 100% satisfied!
This resort is good for a stopover night before you go to Koh Samed. They have basic rooms with aircon, tv & hot-shower and also bungalows. Car-parking is also available at 100-baht per day, when you visit Koh Samed. There is also a noodle shop and cafe at the entrance.
Quite pricey for what it is
We arrived 1am with a booking done hour before and everything went well! Room was simplistic and just what we needed. Great value for money!
