A spacious room with basic amendments for a breakfast on the porch. Basic amenities for breakfast and a small porch with a table.
The bed was a bit tough (no top mattress) but with diamond buttons 😅 A bit of noise during the night but besides that all good.

Industrial vibe in the room. Good bed..good bathroom. Ac worked great. Cleaning every 2 days. I rented a bike for same price as everywhere else. Outside is a lot of junk not scenic

We booked two nights and ended up staying 10🤩. The rooms are very quiet and has everything you need. It's within walking distance to the busier main area and beach.
The English owner is very kind and helped us where needed. We really enjoyed the end of our trip.

I stayed 3 weeks here. Very nice place, few minutes to the beach. Good amenities and super nice hosts. Can recommend Baan Minnie very much.

The room is right next to other people room who live there and stayed noisy till late in the evening so I could not sleep.

The bedroom is really clean, spacious and has everything we need. 3 minutes from the beach so couldn't be better. Mark is a great host too, I highly recommend Bann Minnie.

Minnie was a sweet lady. That is the only good thing to report. Unfortunately I had to deal with her arrogant husband. The place was not as pictured. Living room was not air conditioned. No cleaning service provided. Sofa was outdated and sagging. Certainly not a value as there are better places near the beach for less money.

Awesome kind owner with three amazing dogs who will gladly be your friend if you'd like. 4 big beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen and grill outside. We will be back at some point!
