However, let’s be honest, sometimes "beach resort" can feel a bit like a real-life game of "dodge the sunbathers," where you're trying to find a prime spot on the sand while also trying to avoid getting your towel stolen by a rogue seagull 🐦😅. And while the atmosphere is undeniably chill, you might also find yourself questioning your ability to resist the urge to buy all the souvenirs, especially if you're a sucker for a seashell necklace or a beach-themed t-shirt 🐚🛍️.
Overall, Crescent Bay Resort offers a delightful and refreshing escape, a place where you can unwind, recharge, and maybe even find a new appreciation for the art of doing absolutely nothing, even if you sometimes feel like you’re participating in a synchronized sunbathing session with a hundred other blissed-out beach bums.

I liked the location by the sea, two meters and a terrace, a very friendly owner. Everything is often, but the rooms already need major repairs and a change of furniture, bed linen, everything is tired.

We decided to come to the island to this hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday! Gorgeous location of the beach 33 steps from the room to the sea. The room is large, clean linen. But there is no hot water as such. Wi-Fi is excellent, even on the beach. Drinking water is replenished and coffee. Very hospitable and attentive owner. From the very morning he cleans the territory. Sets up umbrellas and chairs (by the way, for residents free of charge) The sea is crystal clear. There are many cafes nearby, minimart. In the evening, an incendiary fire show. We really liked it. We hope to come back again. Thank you for becoming part of our journey.

It’s a great location directly on the beach front and at a much more affordable rate than the surrounding properties. Just be aware what to expect. The hotel has only a handful of rooms, and are secured with a padlock. The room is spacious and the air conditioning is very strong, but the AC does leak condensation if running for extended periods. The shower has moderate amounts of hot water, best to shower at night. There is a foot wash station so you don’t track sand. Bottled water and toilet paper are left outside your room every day to replenish. Cleaning is only done when you check out.

Perfect location and very nice staff. Right on the beach. Deckchair and umbrella included in room price. Relaxed atmosphere and good restaurant in the same location. Definitely recommended.
From Ban Phe pier take the speed boat directly to Wong Duean pier (800 baht 2 ways), you'll get straight to Crescent Bay hotel!

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year. It is very conveniently located in the very center of the beach near the pier and parking. You can get there directly by boat, and if from the ferry by tuk-tuk, then you need to make sure that they bring you to this turn, because they often bring you to the first turn to other hotels, and from there it is far and inconvenient along the sand with suitcases. This road is right in the center of the beach, they go to the building of the reserve's security. Last year there was a new renovation, the furniture is not new, but everything works. Last year there were no TV channels, but there was YouTube, this year we did not take films with us, we hoped that we would watch on YouTube, but now it does not work, only TV channels in Thai, mainly news and advertising. Although this is strange, only foreigners stayed in the hotel, it was possible to connect at least one channel in English or leave YouTube. The hotel has only 6 rooms, next to the massage and restaurant of the neighboring hotel. Unlike the neighboring hotels, this one has its own sun loungers on the beach, very convenient. The manager speaks poor English, but is always very friendly and tries to help with everything, there were no problems with communication. This year there are many more tourists on the beach, there are many boats and motorboats, such peace and quiet as last year is no longer there, but the water is very clean, the sand is snow-white, it still looks like a nature reserve.
