1 star for service !!!
The reason is
1. Bad service and bad facilities, the reception in evening bad service and bad communication, not help or try to help the guest
2. The room bad smell and small, the price is not value for service
3. The promotions that booked in trip and booked directly from hotel is not same promotion.

The good thing in this hotel that is scenic view and near the beach only !!!

If I go back, I will never stay this hotel again

I don’t typically write bad reviews or just any reviews in general but man this hotel really did a great job on disappointing their guests

Hotel:

First day:
When we entered the room, first thing we saw was extremely yellow mysterious water in the toilet. Smelled awfully humid and felt like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. There is no hand soap, toothpaste/brushes, or any hygiene necessaries even the shower gel was out which clearly tell you that they do not check. Couldn’t even get our hands washed…

Then next thing is the small side bed, I personally don’t understand why they designed it that way but there is a bunch of DUST and HAIR and DEAD BUGS. We needed to ask for a new clean but I think it should be a standard clean routine before every guest checks in…

Then next thing, we opened the fridge, tried to put our drinks in then we saw an opened bag of mango for some reason.

Second day:
We asked for a clean up for the room when we were out exploring the island. Came back with the pillows being thrown onto our suitcases??? I don’t find any reason to make it make sense

The beach:
I checked in and wanted to just chill the f out on the beach. The second I stepped on the beach, I got poked in the foot by some glass. Then Ilooked around, glass was everywhere on the beach. BE CAREFUL if you’re taking your kids there!

In summery, we love the island it’s very quiet and peaceful and beautiful! But this hotel does not respect their guests. They don’t have a hygiene standard. One good thing about it is that it’s close to the pier and the main street and relatively quiet area. BUT The beach is really the worst in the whole island. I would not recommend it and I think it’s overpriced compared to other hotels we looked at. Reconsider before booking

First time staying on Koh Samet! I chose this place because of its great beachfront location. When I arrived, stepping out of the room, I was right on a beautiful beach. The staff provided good service (though a little more smiling would be nice!). The room itself was clean, but there were a few spots with cobwebs. For breakfast, there was a good variety of options, including fruit. I recommend staying here!

(My only complaint is that the toilet tank in the room below was broken and smelled bad, which ruined the atmosphere.)

To be honest, I'd say it's pretty decent. The price is fair for the room, offering good value for money and no real complaints. The breakfast spread had a good variety. The hotel is located right by the beach. The island isn't very big, so I'd actually recommend renting a scooter no matter where you're staying. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The resort is literally just steps away from the beach, with waves and sea breeze greeting you the moment you step outside. We stayed in a regular room this time, but next time I’m booking one of the beachfront rooms—imagine waking up, opening the door, and walking straight into the water for a morning swim. The breakfast was satisfying, and the restaurant’s food was absolutely delicious, the kind you’ll think about long after your trip. A week there felt far too short—I could have stayed forever.
