Praseban Resort in Pran Buri

We stayed at Praseban 1 week in January 2026 and enjoyed everything from the moment we arrived until we left. We didn't want to leave and want to come back. It is one of these places you'd like to keep as your gem but they deserve everyone to hear about their uniqueness: location almost on the beach and the beach is beautiful - great for swimming, walking and running and hardly any people; the staff wants to do everything to make your vacation memorable; the resort with their few rooms is so nicely and uniquely done with many traditional and stylish design elements; there are nice, small and local restaurants nearby; and everything is just so calm and relaxing. What more could you possibly want for your vacation. Thanks for a great week and experience !

Praseban Resort is excellent! My wife and I enjoyed out five day stay and are working out when we will be able to return. This small boutique resort is perfect for us - small but comfortable and quiet. The food in the small restaurant is excellent and was the best food we had in the area. We ended up eating most of our meals at the resort because of the high quality of the food. We asked for some special meals as well and they were happy to serve us what we wanted. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to get back.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Maroc in Pranburi. The resort is beautiful, with Moroccan-style architecture that feels unique and relaxing. I stayed in a beachfront villa with a private plunge pool, and it was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and dining at their restaurant was a real treat. The location is peaceful, yet still close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, it felt like a private, luxurious escape, and I would definitely come back.

I had an excellent stay at Praseban. The rooms are recently renovated and clean.Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. It is a perfect stay if you like peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

We stayed at this resort during the kids' midterm holidays in October and had a perfect, peaceful vacation. The grounds are meticulously maintained, radiating tranquility and serenity. Located right on the beach and within biking distance to many local restaurants, it offers both relaxation and convenience. But the true gem of this place is its staff — always one step ahead of our needs, incredibly helpful with organizing our excursions, and consistently friendly and respectful.

A Perfect Mini Escape from Bangkok – Villa Maroc, Hua Hin

Just a few hours’ drive from the city chaos of Bangkok, Villa Maroc in Hua Hin was the perfect escape I didn’t know I needed. Tucked along the serene beachfront of Pranburi, this Moroccan-inspired boutique resort transported me far beyond Thailand the moment I stepped onto the property.

The architecture is stunning – think vibrant tiles, arched doorways, and pops of deep blue and terracotta. Every corner feels like a curated photo opp, yet still manages to feel cozy and intimate. I stayed in one of the pool villas, which came with direct beach access, a private plunge pool, and the dreamiest rooftop terrace view for sunrise and sunset moments.

Service was warm and attentive, with staff going above and beyond without being intrusive. Breakfast was a delight – simple but well done, with both local and international options served with a sea breeze on the side.

What I loved most was the quiet luxury – no crowds, no noise, just peace, beautiful design, and the sound of waves as my weekend soundtrack. It’s an ideal spot for couples, solo unwinds, or anyone looking to hit pause without straying too far from the city.

Would I go back? Absolutely. Villa Maroc is now on my list of go-to weekend reset spots.

We felt welcomed.

Bed was nice and 3 area's where to hang out just says enough. Make 25 steps and you're on the beach and in the sea.
Water of the pool was nice, not warm but definitely not cold.

Some will say it looks old but that is part of the charm. Of these building.

Negatives would be bugs (2x cockroaches) entering at some point due to the heavy rain. And the a la carte breakfast which can take a while to make when it's busy.
