Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa in Hua Hin

We are a family of four with children aged 7 and 9, and we’re just coming to the end of an absolutely wonderful 11-night stay at the Hilton Hua Hin. Having stayed in many hotels across Thailand, we can confidently say this one sits right at the very top.
The hotel is perfectly located, fronting onto a beautiful beach, and the pool areas are relaxed and spacious with plenty of sunbeds available. We stayed in a Sukhothai Suite, which was truly enormous — without question the largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, easily double the size of anywhere else. The suite had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, and the housekeeping was impeccable, with sheets changed daily.
Every area of the hotel is well staffed, and all the team members we encountered were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. A special mention must go to the hotel’s medical team. Our son had an accident while go-karting (unrelated to the hotel), and they cared for his grazes daily without any hesitation. Thanks to their help, he was able to get back in the pool quickly and fully enjoy the rest of his holiday — we are incredibly grateful to them.
We also stayed over New Year and experienced the Epicurean Voyage, which was outstanding. The food was exceptional, complemented by first-class entertainment and fireworks. What impressed us most was how seamlessly everything returned to normal the very next day.
The dining options within the hotel are excellent, and there are also plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. If you’re considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate — the only disappointment you’ll have is wishing you’d stayed longer!

This was my second time in Hua Hin, and I finally decided to try the Hilton, which I'd been eyeing for a while. I specifically booked a sea-view premium twin room, hoping to see the hotel pool and the ocean from the balcony. However, the room we were given was on the other side, overlooking a construction site. Even with the windows and doors closed, we could hear the noise during the day. I spoke to the staff, but they said there were no rooms available facing the pool. If I insisted on a pool-facing room, they only had one on the first floor, which had just been renovated and smelled strongly, and it wasn't even the room type I booked. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and they tried their best to help, but the issue remained unresolved. The hotel didn't offer any compensation either. When you're on vacation, your schedule is usually packed, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort out the room problem. I'm not sure if this was an issue with booking through Trip.com or if the hotel treats guests differently. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean throughout. The absolute highlight was the outstanding breakfast—there was truly something for everyone!
The pool area is a decent size, though it is very tightly packed with sun loungers, so it can feel a bit crowded. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Hotel rooms are dated, but well maintained and clean. Location of the hotel is perfect in the middle of Huan Hin.

The waiter by the pool said that the slides in the pool are only for children to play on. In the case of a small number of people, if their height and weight are similar to children, why can't they play on the pool slides? And the attitude of the pool attendant is not very friendly 😑

For the last four years, our family has chosen the Hilton for our year-end and New Year holidays, and it never disappoints. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff make you feel truly welcome

The location is perfect, with local shops and night markets just a short walk away.

The tennis court is a great bonus, and the tennis instructor was excellent. He was professional and very supportive.

It is a consistently great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back again next year.

We stayed in December 2025 at this resort and had the ocean front suite. They have two type of suites at different floors. Some newly renovated and very fresh and the other very old and seriously not worth the money you pay. We stayed half of our time in the old one, very disappointing and the other half in the new one. Beside the rooms, service is generally good, at breakfast, pool area and even executive lounge. The beach is very small but location is good and close to many restaurants

Immaculate services. We were greeted by every single staff member that we walked past. Very clean room and amazing view. Awesome breakfast! Will definitely return next year.

Would recommend overall due to the location and room quality. We stayed in a renovated oceanfront suite with a large balcony, and it was immaculate. Our housekeeper was amazing—very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was decent and noticeably better than the Executive Lounge breakfast offering. As Diamond members, we appreciated that the breakfast staff brought out a special item from the kitchen each morning as a small token of appreciation, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the Executive Lounge itself was one of the worst we’ve experienced. While the room was spacious with plenty of seating, the food selection was extremely limited compared to other Hilton properties, and the service was poor. The lounge staff was rude and unwelcoming, making it feel like guests were an inconvenience rather than valued members. This was not the level of service expected from an Executive Lounge.

This was the most amazing experience. We spent 7 days in Hua HIN and then walked in to the Hilton two days before we were leaving.
Instantly booked a room and extended our stay for another 4 nights to stay as the first impression blew our minds.

The staff are so well organised and the small attention to detail made a huge difference. From the pool staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff and front desks.
