Great view and location, quite and no traffic jam, not much crowds here suitable for family vocational. Room clean but a bit vintage, swimming pool so clean. Overall our family enjoyed very much🥰

I generally don't take too many holidays, but when I do, I would like to stay in an excellent hotel. The Grand Pacific Soverign Resort and Spa was an excellent place for my 2 night stay. The staff were warm and friendly, the room was fantastic, the food was amazing and there is not one, not two, but 3 pools! The hotel also has access to the beach and the area is well maintained. The room was exactly the same as seen on photos on Agoda and Booking.com
I will absolutely want to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was totally fine.
But it was super disappointing to see how this hotels in thailand changed with their money attitude and small lies with foreigners, they most think that we are stupid people that grows money on trees.
We asked them for laundry service for 1-2 kg, they didn’t said it cost money and when we were about to leave they gave us receipt of 1600 THB !!!! This is so unacceptable, I live in thailand 2 years and 50-80 THB is the price for 1Kg, not speaking off the fact that they never told us it’s not part of the total payment! Super disappointing attitude, seems that farang (foreigners) became a target for this places, super different from the past. Sad, but will never return to place with low service, barely speaking English and constantly lies

Amazing hotel - We had a wonderful time at this charming hotel. A fantastic manager and reception staff who made check in a breeze. Beautifully maintained and very well run hotel in every way, in a quiet location on the beachfront. Traditional Thai styled rooms that were kept spotlessly clean along with all public areas (we had two seaview rooms with stunning views). Sparkling clean pools and patios. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of foods, including Thai and International dishes. A great bar with live music in the evenings - polite bar staff who made delicious cocktails. - I couldn't fault this hotel in any way and will definitely be staying again.....but for much longer next time!
