The property is beautifully presented.
The rooms are large, modern and clean.
The staff are friendly, professional and helpful.
The location is on the beach, near 3-4 restaurants and 3-4 massage etc, about 5 minutes motorcycle ride from the real action though.
The restaurant is top notch, but a bit on the pricey side.

Beautiful well maintained area. Villas are spacious new and clean. Great service everyone's very nice. Just a note you will hear loud frog notices at night and you might even end up with one in bed (as we did 😂). Overall a nice stay. The location though is a little bit off the main centre of entertainment life (which for one may be good for other bad).

Fantastic hotel! Our first trip to Thailand will be remembered not only for the beautiful views and unique cuisine but also for the hotel we stayed at. I have never encountered such a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. The hotel 100% meets all standards, the breakfasts are delicious, the gym is well-equipped, and the view from the pool is out of this world. Direct access from the hotel to the beach and free kayaks or SUPs are even more appealing. If we return to Thailand, we will probably choose a different place, but I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Disappointing.
The room let down. Awkward and tight toilet area. It doesn’t work for tall people, unless you use it sideways which is absurd.
The shower drain was blocked and the water overflow several times. We had to repeatedly ask for service.
Only after a couple days it seemed to be repaired, however, it was back to being block and overflowing with water after 1 day. The entire bathroom had water after a quick shower.
Bad smell from drain daily.
Housekeeping forgot to service our room even after leaving the please service sign. It happened twice.
The walls are very thin and you can hear the guest next door talking or entertaining themselves in the middle of the night.
If you arrive early; they will wait until exactly check in time to allow you to enter the room.
There is no mirror in the room or bathroom.
The beach in front of the hotel has a beautiful view, however, not fit for swim.
Location is great, walking distance from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy; laundry, massage places, etc.
This is a max 3 stars hotel, not 4!
Would I stay in it again? No, there are much better options available in the island.

Good location, nice infinity pool, and on the beach. Large rooms, clean and quiet. Breakfast o.k. nice happy hour with goo coctailes.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was simply perfect. The location is ideal – not in the middle of the noisy, crowded tourist center, yet close enough for a short 15–20 minute drive to the main streets and the Fisherman’s Village.
As for the hotel itself, I have never experienced such incredible value for money. It’s a true boutique gem, with a clean, airy design featuring light wood and a modern aesthetic. The room was equipped with a smart TV, a digital panel for the air conditioning, and a luxurious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub – all at an unbelievably affordable price per night.
Breakfast was of a very high standard – honestly, I haven’t found another hotel with this level of quality. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel also has a restaurant, which I personally found a bit expensive, but the pasta I tried was delicious (it’s an Italian restaurant).
The staff were warm and welcoming, even helping us secure a reservation at a highly sought-after restaurant on the very same evening.
In short, our four nights in Koh Samui came down to one thing: how amazing this hotel was. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is in the best position in chaweng beach. The structure is nice, though I have to say it wasn’t very clean. Our premium room was very humid and above all the floor left our feet completely dirty with black feet, which is an issue if you have a small baby. I’ve asked the reception to clean the floor showing my dirty feet, but nothing has changed after the cleaning of the room.

The hotel is beautiful but can't give it a 5 star rating for few reasons. One, if you get a room on the second or 3rd floor expect some good leg and knee work. We are totally fine with walking up some stairs but the design of the hotel will make you exercise a bit especially that there are no lifts. Plus, you will carry your own luggage up and down the stairs yourself.
Two, the hotel was relatively far from the road which is a plus but also a bad thing if you want everything close by.
Three, if you're a lightsleeper... then NO. The rooms are NOT at all soundproof, noise from other rooms are so clear and disturbing at night.
What's more... if it rains then expect no sleep. The hotel has some ponds of water which are full of frogs which get hyper active during night after the rain. We spent our 1st night wide awake because of it... and no it's not a manageable level of noise. When we asked for a solution, the receptionists offered moving us to another room on the same floor and view which will have the same problem OR we pay around 1000 TB to upgrade us and move us away from the problem.
On the other hand, the rooms are of a beautiful design and the bathroom was huge with a bath tub and a separate shower and WC.
The bed was comfortable and the room had a silent AC.
There's an Italian restaurant which is nice and overlooking the sea and the pool.

We stayed in one of the villas for 5 nights in August. The hotel grounds are spacious and green, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a lovely sea-view Italian restaurant and bar, a gym, a massage parlor (though prices were quite high), and a pool overlooking the sea. The hotel has direct beach access, but during our stay the sea was extremely shallow due to low tide — only suitable for walking in ankle-deep water. That said, the views were stunning: clear light-blue waters, white sand, and planes landing in the distance.
The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Our villa came with a private pool, outdoor hot tub, and a spacious, well-designed bedroom and bathroom. The only downside was the water temperature in the shower, which was either too hot or too cold with no in-between. Toiletries were quite basic — no hair conditioner or body lotion provided.
Service was mixed: restaurant staff were friendly and professional, but front desk and pool staff didn’t seem very welcoming. The required deposit at check-in was also a bit of an unpleasant surprise.
