The hotel is more family-friendly than for single travelers. Overall, everything was great. The sunsets on Koh Lanta are amazing!!😇

I stayed here last November and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel, and they also offer tour packages, which made getting around super easy. Breakfast was Western-style and decent. The room was very clean thanks to the great housekeeping team. You can walk straight through to the beach, and there’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the alley super convenient. Would totally stay here again😊

The hotel is a bit old... needs some attention and maintenance. Overall, it's average. The location is nice, with a 7/11 and massage parlors nearby.

Nice wide room, I loved the wide window & balcony. Shower was separated from the rest of the toilet area which was good. There’s 2 bottles of water delivered to your door everyday, housekeeping every day if you leave the sign outside your door. Rooftop pool that was barely used during our stay, so we had it to ourselves. Staff was very nice. I would recommend to have a hand soap near the sink to wash the hands as the only available was at the shower. We paid around 1,500thb for the night without breakfast in December, I think that with breakfast included it would have provided a better value ratio.

Floor felt very dusty around the hotel and the room & you are asked to take off your shoes upon entering the lobby, so they get dirty quickly. Wall marks near the aircon need to be cleaned.

This resort was perfect for us. We stayed in bungalow three weeks in high season. In bungalow there is a small fridge, a kettle, things to cook coffee (no tea), working wifi and aircon. Two bottles of water every day. Beds were great for us but someone else may say those are hard. Usual thaihotelbeds! We used pool on the hotel roof and that adult pool in bungalow area. Children’s pool is quite deep, not a paddling pool. Breakfast was for us enough: eggs in different ways, bread (also darker bread), vegetables, jams, nutella, honey, yoghurt, fruits, juices, bananamuffins, pancakes,… and coffee (not so good). You can ask cleaning when you want, we liked that because we didn’t need cleaning and changing towels/sheets every day.Staff was friendly. In this season here are many families with babies and small children. The location is quite great; we rented a motorbike and drived all over the island. You walk slowly to Klong Dao beach in seven minutes and to 7/11 in two minutes. Laundry service is in the neigbourhood, same as massages and restaurants. I am sad to hear that there have been problems in booking. We didn’t have that problem.
