Convinient, near BTS, staff are friendly and helpful, but they are strict with the hotel check in time… strictly 2PM

The hotel is easily accessible to thru the Sukhumvit line. Just few blocks away from Victory BTS. Staff gladly accommodated my request upon choosing a room. The hotel facilities are all good. They offered me a good discount coupon for their buffet (if you did not purchase a room with a meal). Cleanliness is on point. I’d stay here again if I’ll be visiting Thailand again.

I stayed for three days and wanted to extend, but the price was a bit high. I originally planned to stay for eight days. If you want to stay at this hotel, book in advance, otherwise it will be very expensive.

The location is super convenient! Right outside the door is the main road, making it easy to grab a taxi or find parking. Plus, there are convenience stores and supermarkets right next to each other along the road. It's incredibly convenient to stay here!

Overall the hotel is excellence on its service, food is delicious and staff are accommodating.

Very clean and the staff is fabulous. I was able to work around no hot water in bathroom sink. Not sure if this is common in Thailand or not.

The thing about the space is ok for a couple. Cleanliness is ok because we experienced baby cockroaches in the toilet and upon check in. Sometimes the housekeeping did not clear some rubbish on the toilet floor. Wall outlet for electricity is minimal. Location is good, close to Powerking mall and also Century mall.

Pros:
24 hr concierge. Location. AC is cold. Good for WFH. Fast wifi.

Cons:
Loud road noise. Luggage guard is kinda strict (no sleeping in lobby area lol). Bfast is meh.
