Regent Ramkhamhaeng in Bangkok

The room is so nice, clean and spacious. One hour ride public bus to bangkok city. The breakfast also delicious. I obviously will stay here again in the future.

The room was exactly like on the picture and the staff were very friendly. They helped me find my train station to the airport and allowed me to get a late check out.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and the breakfast is quite good. There's bell service to help with luggage to the room. It's very suitable for Muslim guests, as the hotel lobby has separate prayer rooms and ablution facilities for men and women.

Great location near many halal food. Hotel room with super clean. Friendly staff, can speak Malay.

Convenient if you attend the concert at Rajamangala stadium

Maybe being a Muslim made me slightly biased and pushed me to give a full score, but honestly any fair and neutral person would rate this place no less than 8.5. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in terms of service for the price.

When I arrived at 12 PM, the hotel allowed me to check in early, and the next day after checking out, they kept my luggage until the evening.

Overall, it's a very good hotel and an excellent choice especially for Muslims

Location is fair as near Huamark Mall where there is a BigC supermarket n also street food stalls just along main road. However not near train stations so inconvenient to travel to BKK city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel in Bangkok. A bonus was discovering it's a Halal-certified hotel, though I feel they may not fully understand what this entails. Regardless, the hotel excels at providing the basic necessities, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Its proximity to a small 7eleven and a shopping mall is a major plus. Despite a few minor issues, I would be very comfortable returning for another stay.

🛌 Room & Amenities
The rooms are very spacious, especially for guests who need to perform prayer sessions. My room had two queen-sized beds, a table, a medium-sized fridge, air conditioning, and a television. However, upon entering the room, which was on the eighth floor, it was incredibly hot, like a sauna, when the room key is taken out.

Our room also had a small balcony, which I believe is intended for smoking, as there was nowhere to hang clothes.

The bathroom is also quite large, with a shower. However, the daily cleaning service didn't clear the shower drain of hair from previous occupants. While a toothbrush wasn't provided, shower caps, cotton swabs, shower gel, and shampoo were all available. A key issue with the bathroom is the lack of ventilation, which can make it very stuffy and smelly after use. We had to leave the bathroom door open to ventilate it.

The service aspect was great. The bellboys are always smiling, polite, and very helpful with luggage. The reception staff were also very friendly.

😐 Downsides & Accessibility
The main drawback is the elevator, which only serves floors two through seven. If you're staying on the eighth floor, you'll always have to climb a small step up and down to access the lift area.

My friend and I stayed here to be closer to the concert venue at Rajamangala Stadium. We were told that traffic would be bad at least up to 3 hours before the concert start time. We really liked that the location was close enough but not in the same street to avoid the concert traffic for last minute concert preparations after a morning of touring around Bangkok. Upon arrival, they had a banner for the concert and offered guests staying that weekend a 50 Baht voucher at their restaurant.

We stayed in the 3-bed room, the room itself was very spacious for two people. The interior design of the room looked really aesthetic and modern. There was a door leading up to a small balcony, and a cute little corner for us to chill and unwind after a full day of touring. The room came with a Smart TV, so we could use online streaming services like Disney+, Netflix and Youtube, which honestly was quite a plus. They also had ample amount of plugs to charge multiple devices near the bed.

The only downside we had during our stay was:
- The water pressure was weak and the water heater doesn't seem to work despite putting it close to max.
- Their pillows were quite high, so it was difficult to sleep on our backs.
Since we were moving hotels for the 2nd half of our trip, we simply endured it.
