It's a proper hotel with bath tub, separate shower, comfortable and soft slipper to body lotion. Nothing to complain for the room, check-in and amenities. Perhaps they can upgrade their gym a little? Most of the equipment have rust.

I've extended my stay for 2 nights, so everything is good in general. But the walls between the rooms are quite thin. You can hear other guests well if they talk loudly.

The rooms are massive, the staff are friendly and speak English, there’s access to the BTS (10min walk), it’s about 15-20 mins drive to the airport! What’s not to like?

Amazing hotel! I stayed here for the Blackpink concert, and I was so excited to see a Lisa standee right when I walked in! The hotel breakfast had a great variety, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the beds were all clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also wonderful! 100% recommend!

Late check-in. I understand that hotel have many guest due to a lot of event. But hotel need to prepare for check-in time. I didn’t receive towel, I must walk by myself to ask its.

It was a nice stay overall. The hotel has very strict rules about waiting all the guests at the lobby before 2 pm, no early check-in allowed and just sit and wait even if the rooms are ready.

Even though it's a bit far from the main street and the stadium, there are motorcycle taxis in front of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby.

The hygiene was so-so, and there were cockroaches too 🪳 The curtains in the room couldn't be drawn closed properly.

I chose this hotel because I went to a concert in Rajam and it was very good. The room is clean and spacious, there are many restaurants around.

The room was extremely cramped and small, making me feel quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tiny. It might be okay if you're staying alone, but I was there for a graduation and couldn't even do my makeup properly because the orange lighting made my face look terrible. The windows couldn't be opened either. I didn't really enjoy my stay, and considering the price, I'd say it was quite high.

Simple, bare room without balcony or  Smart TV, so no Toutube just Thai TV. There is teapot to boil water, which is good. The WiFi is poor where every time you pick up your device you have to retype login and password, which is super annoying

This is an ideal hotel, located a bit away from downtown Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Bangkok.

I frequently stay at this hotel. It's very convenient for getting around with the water bus, and there's a supermarket right at the corner. The hotel itself is very quiet, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's even a hidden fresh market opposite downstairs that's open during the day.

Convenient, close to Rajamangala Stadium Very suitable for going to see concerts. You can walk back in about half an hour. In front of the alley, there is a motorcycle taxi 7-Eleven. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, hot water heater, and kettle, very convenient.

Honestly, it's a pretty good hotel. The lobby is luxurious and the rooms are nice. It's just a shame that all the standard rooms have two beds; there aren't any with a single large bed. I had hoped to celebrate New Year's Eve here, but that didn't quite work out. Generally, when I'm alone, I prefer a room with one large bed.

I stay here every time I'm in Bangkok for business. The pool is beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Was able to check in early. The room had a river view and breakfast was included. It was convenient and quick to take the express boat to Pratunam for shopping. I recommend it. The room rate was reasonable.
