It’s an older building what you can see in the rooms, but the maintenance of the building is very very well. The staff is friendly, the room is super clean, it’s a bit away from Bangkok but with Grab taxi you get there easily. 7 eleven across the street, a beautiful waterway on the back which you can get through the breakfast room at the back. There is a door to enter and leave the hotel too.the room was cleaned every day, the beds and pillows are hard but I swear I haven’t slept sooooo well in a while. I was surprised. The room we had was also super spacious. That was the biggest +. Also a very spacious bathroom. We came before the 3pm reservation time and they didn’t made a deal out of it. They have good sunblovking curtains. And a lovely view on the side of the pool.

The gym we used once, it’s small and a lot of the things were not in the size it fits for me. But I was glad we could train a bit and swim afterwards.

The breakfast changes a bit everyday. Even through you didn’t had a crazy amount of options (for me because I eat halal). There is enough and it was delicious. It is a tipical Asian breakfast. Not European.
They also have a tiny restaurant and a tiny shop inside the hotel hallway.

And the cleaning lady of the 11th floor was such a precious and friendly woman. You guys have to keep her.

We stayed he multiple day and absolutely enjoyed it. I gave one ⭐️ less because for a 5 star hotel it’s a bit behind. But the overall experience was great!

After a one month trip in Thailand I give 5/5. It’s hard to find a good hotel in Thailand. Bangkok has some amazing ones!

Very unprofessional service. I booked this hotel for my elderly mother, but the front desk failed to confirm the check-out date at check-in. When we asked, the staff dismissively told us to 'check the app ourselves' and claimed they couldn't see our info. This lack of communication led to a misunderstanding and an unfair 2,000 THB fine. They prioritize collecting fines over helping their guests. Highly disappointing management.

Overall, the room offers decent value for money. The king-size bed rooms are more spacious than the twin rooms. I'd consider staying here again in the future, though it's a bit of a walk to the MRT and the shopping mall.

Good beds, but an old bathroom. The front desk staff were pleasant. The breakfast was awful. Even the watermelon was fermented. Everything I tried, I spat out onto a napkin. This is only the second hotel out of hundreds in Thailand I've stayed at with such a terrible breakfast.

Honestly, it's a pretty good hotel. The lobby is luxurious and the rooms are nice. It's just a shame that all the standard rooms have two beds; there aren't any with a single large bed. I had hoped to celebrate New Year's Eve here, but that didn't quite work out. Generally, when I'm alone, I prefer a room with one large bed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Alexander Hotel. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable. It has a great fitness center. There is a very nice pool and sauna/spa area. There is a convenience store in the hotel and a dining room and bar in the lobby. The back exit leads to both a very convenient water taxi station, a massive local mall, and a bunch of local shops and bars, which was great during my stay. It's centrally located. The staff was super helpful with helping me and my friends navigate the city. The front entrance is also next to a main strip and a lot of restaurants, stores, spas and main highways to get to the rest of Bangkok. Amazing price.

So me and my gf flew from London to Bangkok and wanted to stay somewhere nice but not too far away from the airport as we were very jet lagged. This hotel was about 20mins in taxi from airport and was perfect for what we wanted after our long flights. After checking in and resting we used the on site gym and pool we also ate breakfast every morning that the hotel offered, really well put together and loved the food on offer. Inside the hotel the art and decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay.

This hotel was great value — clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff and comfortable facilities.

Nearly 5 minutes walking distance, there is 7-11. 12 minutes distance, there is a big mall which has almost everything you need.

Some facilities shown little old and need enhanced. Especially my room cable TV picture quality really bad, did not look like cable tv signal rather than external antenna signal.

I stay in this hotel for 1 week. The hotel is budget friendly. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big enough. From my room, the view of bangkok looks amazing. The breakfast is okay. The only thing was there was hot water in bathroom but it wasnot hot enough. I had bathtub but as the water was not hot enough I used just for a day.
