Hotel was clean but staff could’ve been more helpful.

Are surrounding was quiet, had a few restaurants and a KFC nearby and a mall was within a fifteen minute walk which was really nice.

Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid

Pool area was kept nice and clean

Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car.

Nothing really nearby other than 7-11.

Other than that: very good value for money. It’s clean, spacious and has all the needed amenities. You would feel just at home if you are of Chinese origin as most guests of the hotel are Chinese 😃

In my opinion this hotel location wasnt convenient for the places I wanted to go. But its close to the airport. Breakfast menu needs a wider variety it was catered to Chinese visitors.

Horrible, disgusting. Not 5 star hotel. Maybe 2 stars if that. Very very dirty. Hairs in the shower, on bed, on the floor, trash and dirty towels everywhere. We had to book another hotel and they did nothing to reimburse us. No english spoken at check-in desk.

amazing hotel! please do not expect this as a 5-star hotel. The hotel feels like a 3 or 4-star hotel but with 5-star services. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of variety and daily choices are different. Coffee is amazing and the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff is superb! They give us free bottled water EVERYDAY! However, they cleaned our room without our permission but nothing was lost or stolen so kudos to their integrity.
This hotel is around 20 to 30 minutes drive to old bangkok like the grand palace and around 20 minutes drive to the airport. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the airport and downtown center. But I won't recommend this if you want to be close to downtown center.
Thank you Three Seasons Place Bangkok! Would want to stay here again for sure.
