THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE STAY EVER. Wish we could give zero stars. This place is TERRIBLE for the price. Cheap place. It has a fridge, kettle and small coffee selection. There's construction early in the morning with very loud drilling. The beds are as hard as a rock 🪨. Cheap bed sheets that are rarely cleaned. The service is okay but they love opening the door while we're asleep if we're about 10 minutes late for a check out. Bit much. Don't remember
having a single nice morning there. Constantly cuts out our electricity and always having to change the wifi password. also, during our stay we cooked some fish with a 200baht kettle and they wanted our 500 deposit meant for the key for damaging THE DAMN KETTLe. ALL IT needs is a wash. UNACCEPTABLE. Not a peaceful place at all. definitely better options out there. Recommend booking from agoda for the discounts but WE DO NOT recommend this place anytime soon. There's a hotel across the street with much better rooms at a cheaper price.

My first room smelled like urine! I had to switch rooms. Good price but not worth it. Hard to locate for any taxi. Not the place for smokers since they don't allow it anywhere.

+200 thb only deposit
+Good bathroom, toiletries(soap, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap)
+Green initiatives ( the outer AC block has a special airflow direction grid)

-Dirty towels with stains, grey bed linen
-The room was not cleaned even once during 4 nights stay
-Hospital-style mattresses
-No safety deposit box in the room
-7 Mbps WiFi, the laptop couldn't connect to that though
-Bad lighting
-No lobby, the reception desk was behind the building

This is the worst place I've ever been in my life. Firstly the lady at reception is so incredibly rude. As we were trying to find our room (as no one helped us) there were empty plates infront of doors in the hallway. We got into the room, at first everything seemed okay except for the fact that the paint was peeling off the walls. there was dry blood on the bathroom door and in the bathroom - when we got a closer look we saw that the sheets was dirty as well. We immediately packed our bags and went down to reception, just for them to tell me they will not refund me at all - I was not even there for 5 minutes ! totally unacceptable.
