Jasmine Grande Residence Hotel

Had an excellent stay here. Facilities such as pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc were an added bonus. Views from our room on the 23rd floor were brilliant. Staff was all so accommodating and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. The 24/7 shop attached was also very convenient.
Only downside we found was that it’s slightly further out from main attractions with Bangkok traffic taking time to get to them, however there was a free shuttle service to the sky train we didn’t avail of so this may reduce timings.
Overall would definitely recommend, especially for groups or families.

Stayed here for 5 nights in July. Located a short 15minute walk from the nearest train station or a complimentary tuk. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Bed was super cozy and house keeping excellent. Staff were all friendly. Very handy having a 24/7 convenience shop apart of the hotel, it was used daily. Bar staff were nice and happy hour cocktails were delicious.

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at Jasmine Grande Residence in Bangkok. The hotel offered a great breakfast every morning, with a good variety to suit different tastes. One of the highlights was definitely the staff – everyone we interacted with was friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. We especially appreciated the family-friendly environment.

One small downside was the laundry service – we found it to be more expensive than expected. Even using the self-service laundry machines ended up costing us nearly 600 baht for clothes worn by our family of four over three days. It would be great if the hotel could consider adjusting the pricing or offering more affordable laundry options for families.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jasmine Grande Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Bangkok.

Glad they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom suite and allow us to early check in when we arrive. 😊

We were traveling in a group (8 adults and 1 Child), we booked 2 Suite Rooms for 8 Days (1 Suite has 2 bedrooms), and it was luxurious: The suite was huge, clean, and had a jacuzzi bath tub.

The hotel staff were extremely nice and friendly, and they were also very helpful.

The hotel design was flawless; they picked the correct floor type for the bathroom. It was shiny, but not slippery, as it absorbs moisture. I was amazed but the details.

The in-room dining was okay, and the prices are also good. Not a significant markup for tourists and foreign travellers.
The gym was okay, but it needs to be upgraded with more machines and increase the size of the venue for a 5-star hotel.

The pool was okay for children.

The breakfast selection was great, as it changed menu daily.
But I need to remind you that the hotel is a bit far from any major attractions in Bangkok, and the traffic here is terrible. We even opted to walk to Bangkok One.

But there is a convenience store downstairs which sells all daily necessities and even local food and fruits. And the hotel is really close to two street markets, which open day and night.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I traveled around Southeast Asian countries, and here is one of the best hotels that you can get in this price range, and I strongly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Note: Please fix the doors of 2314 and 2315, they need extra force just to close them. And slamming the door every time we need to shut it properly is quite a hassle.

I recently stayed at Jasmine Grande Residence and had a great overall experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment with spacious room. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable, and the room has simple kitchen that you can cook instant noodles or simple food.

The location is convenient, especially for those looking to stay slightly away from the busiest parts of Bangkok, yet still have easy access to major attractions and public transportation. There are also several local eateries and convenience stores nearby, which added to the convenience.
Overall, Jasmine Grande Residence is a solid choice for both short and extended stays. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for value, comfort, and good service.

There was a bit of a mix up with the extra bed situation, ended up paying for it due to a misunderstanding with my booking and the number of children in the room.

Apart from that the stay was a lot better than I was expecting.
The family room on the 23rd floor was huge!

The room decor was a bit dated, but everything worked in the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the daily free bottles of water were handy, so was the fridge freezer and air conditioning.

The breakfast was excellent, tasty, plentiful and catered for all tastes.

The staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly especially as we were there during the Songkran Festival.

The gym was relatively small and the pool area was okay but could also do with maintenance/modernisation.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but there are two BTS SkyTrain stations within walking distance and the public transport in Bangkok is great once you learn how to use it.
I would recommend this hotel as it is nice and quiet just outside the main attractions of Bangkok.

It is a 5-star residence hotel. Since it is a residence hotel, it may lack various amenities inside the hotel. However, it has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, a restaurant where you can have breakfast, a small bar on the first floor, and a convenience store. It is very good because the space is large enough for a family to stay. It is a bit far from the center of Bangkok, but it is easy enough to get around by subway. Rather, it seems like a quieter and better place to stay a bit far from the center.
