Great location, about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. The hotel is clean and tidy. There are many food stalls right outside the hotel, a Lawson convenience store across the street, and 7-Elevens on both sides. Recommended.
You can have breakfast outdoors, with a garden right behind where local Thais often go for morning and evening runs, and there are also facilities like a basketball court nearby. The transportation is incredibly convenient, making this one of the best hotels of this brand I've ever stayed at.
Lovely hotel in a great location. There is a pretty park with a water feature and track directly behind the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety to cater to multiple nationalities, and the taste was great. The room was clean, and the toiletries smelled lovely. There's also a rooftop bar upstairs. The location is super convenient. There's an LRT station nearby, and a newly opened large shopping mall is right behind the hotel, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The main entrance faces...
Very nice hotell I so happy the place Very close to shopping. Pub.......everything
This isn’t a 5 star hotel experience, the rooms are dated and I have no idea how people think the breakfast is the best they have ever had. Breakfast took 3 different tables before I found one that didn’t rock so much the coffee was at risk of spilling. As for the coffee I had to queue for 5 minutes to be served tepid brown water , what 5 star hotel makes you queue for coffee? The Pad Kra Pao was...

The environment is okay, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the location is excellent and gives off a vacation vibe.
The best hotel I have experienced for my life is Shanglia Bankok. It is more romantic and luxurious and beautiful than seeing in the pictures introduced in hotel guide. We felt that we were in Thailand staying in Shanglia hotel since the hotel is very traditional stile. Especially the pool is very beautiful feeling we were in forest, not in big city. Anyway, if I visit Bangkok one more, I will make...
One of the best hotels in Bangkok, known for its scale and service. It has a resort-like atmosphere. It was worth staying.
Very nice hotel located in a great location. The problem with this place is the tragic service. For our honeymoon, we got the weakest wine and a cake with the inscription happy birthday, which was delivered for 2 days. Breakfast of much worse quality than those served in other Shangri la hotels. Doormans in Safari costumes ran away from the suitcases with which they should help us, each time control...
Great hotel in one of the best locations in Bangkok, good food, great breakfast, very family friendly hotel, highly recommended!
We check in at 11 am. But only get room at 3 pm. No.problem with that. Butvwhy do we need to queue a that freaking long line just to get a room card.

Used to stay at a hotel closer to central than this one, but still near Central, Big C and Platinum!! Siam Center and etc is pretty far though. The family room was so big and spacious, we just ran around the whole room. The bed and bathroom were huge too!! 711 right next door so it was super convenient! The hotel has 2 buildings so getting to your room could take longer.
had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. We stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The location is very convenient for shopping and getting around. The famous Pratunam Night Market is also very close to the hotel, and it’s great for cheap shopping and street food. One thing I really liked is that from the hotel lobby you can easily access McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven, which...
We had an amazing stay at Berkeley. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was super. The breakfast had a few vegetarian options too especially loved their dosas. It’s super easy to go around for shopping as everything is just at a walking distance. The staff is super sweet and super efficient. Overall loved their dosas experience and cannot wait to come back ❤️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) We stayed in a Luxury Tower King room for our honeymoon, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were thoughtful and friendly — they decorated our room in advance and offered free cocktails for our celebration, which was a really sweet touch. The room was comfortable and clean, with a strong AC and all amenities provided. The shower controls were a bit tricky at first...
Dined at Mulberry Berkeley Chinese Restaurant for all you can eat dimsum and Peking duck. Easily surpassed the quality of dim sum I experienced on a recent visit to Hong Kong. Superb presentation, fresh hot dim sum served by very attentive staff. All the staff are extremely friendly and came to check in with us every two or three minutes.Khun “Apple” was our head server and not only so respectful anticipated...
I would like to share my appreciation for Ben, who works as a waitress at the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. She is an exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional staff member. Bangkok, No. 5, Ratchadaphisek Road,Chompon, Chatuchak (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map

The hotel facilities are decent, but they're split into two tiers: newly renovated and older. The new rooms are good, but many fixtures in the older section are broken. The breakfast buffet is just okay, and the hotel service is acceptable.
The room was quite clean, and since it didn't face the main road, it was also pretty quiet. The entire building is huge, and I stayed in Block C, which felt a bit dated in terms of facilities, but everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety, including omelets, which I was quite happy with.
The soundproofing is really bad; I could clearly hear the person next door brushing their teeth. There's no service to speak of, especially at the front desk. Not even a smile, just a grim face and slow operation. In short, I won't be choosing this hotel again.
This time, I was assigned a room in the innermost building. After checking in at the front desk, it was quite a long walk to get there. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely poor, and I couldn't even directly call the front desk from the room phone to ask about it. There were no instructions for calling the front desk or details about Wi-Fi in the room. It was quite noisy outside the room, even...
Fantastic gym, pool, great room service and food. A little far from downtown area but there is an MRT station 1 minute away. Good restaurants, facilities in surrounding area.
Staying here for business trips has boosted my productivity. The room has a large desk and a comfortable chair, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – video calls run perfectly without any lag. Plus, it's right next to the office building, so if I don't feel like going out for lunch, I can just order delivery straight to my door. Super convenient!

It's decent, but it gets really noisy in the middle of the night, and the soundproofing isn't great.
My third time at this hotel and it was fantastic each and everytime. Nice staff and nice hotel
It was okay! It has a traditional Thai classical style, but it lacks a modern touch.
The room was quite spacious, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Plus, there was a lot of noise in the hotel hallway past 1 AM, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It seemed like many Indian tour groups were staying there. However, the breakfast was decent.
I was quite hesitant in booking this hotel because of the reviews I read and quite low rating. But I am glad that I booked this hotel. It’s an old hotel but well maintained. The pillows, sheets and towels are very clean. I had a comfortable sleep. They also have complimentary toiletries, water, coffee and tea. The staff service is excellent. For me, great deal for its price. 👍
I really liked this hotel and the environment around it is also very nice and most importantly the main shopping and mall is just a short distance from the hotel so me and my friend are happy.

The environment is pretty good, and the service attitude is excellent.
The room was great, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was very Western-style. For getting around, you pretty much have to rely on taxis. For shopping, there's a 7-Eleven and a Japanese drugstore right downstairs.
Just stayed in the hotel and join my friends wedding party. The service was fantastic.
The less hectic Silom area, offering a more local feel compared to the crowded Sukhumvit, Great value for a convenient and comfortable stay
The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything is very clean. The shower has great water pressure, which was really nice. It's also super convenient to get to the pier, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. Plus, they offer a good variety for breakfast.
This is an older hotel, but the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast selection is good, and the location is convenient. The rooms are spacious enough, and if you're not staying on a weekend, the price is quite reasonable.

Service was great, top marks. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. We had the dinner buffet as well. There was plenty of food, but it was not that great compared to the price we paid. Overall, it was a great experience staying there, with plenty of activities to enjoy.
The room was a bit old, but spacious, and located on the 42nd floor with an open view. Breakfast was on the 82nd floor, offering a good variety of food that tasted decent.
Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was really yummy. It was very peacefula nd comfortable to stay there. We are also coming for next time and have also recommand our friends.
It’s got a great view but for its standard and price they need to do some remodeling, it’s a very old structure

This is located at very good location. You have metro station nearby only. Rooms are too good and cleaning is top notch. Cons: 1. If you are veg person please don't book room with breakfast. Coz there are no Veg options in breakfast. 2. Also they take 2000 Baht as a security deposit which is unusual compare to other hotels.
This is a long-established business hotel with a high-ceiling lobby and a classic central elevator design. The Christmas decorations were well done and created a pleasant festive atmosphere, making the lobby visually impressive and suitable for photos. Public areas are spacious and comfortable. Once, a long time ago—over 20 years—I held my wedding reception here. It was in the circular, medium-sized buffet room, with about 20 tables. We also stayed overnight, and everything went smoothly. After the wedding, I had the opportunity to come back 2-3 more...

Conveniently located near Paragon with buggy service to the mall, which makes getting around very easy. However, the room amenities could be improved especially the hair dryer, which felt quite basic. The breakfast selection could be enhanced for a better overall experience.
Location: Central Bangkok, very close to the Erawan Shrine and Siam shopping district. The hotel offers a golf cart shuttle to Paragon. Ambiance: There are two buildings in total. The interior facilities are very new. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with two sinks (convenient). There's no odor in the room. Great! The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. For this price, it's totally acceptable!
This was my second stay here, and this time I booked a family room which was much larger and more comfortable. However, there were two minor disappointments. We ended up booking another two nights for 503 yuan elsewhere, which was absolutely terrible. This hotel, though, is really good. The lobby is grand, and I don't mind that the facilities are a bit old.
Not a fully clean I found some blonde hair when I was arrive and I report to the lady cleaner. The location was great for a convenient to travel 7-Eleven nearby. Not too bad I would like to recommend.
At 260 a night, including breakfast for two, with a gym and pool on the 5th floor and breakfast served on the first—what more could you ask for? The room has large windows, letting in plenty of natural light. All the basic facilities are perfectly acceptable.
Lobby area is huge, nice staff and helpful room not new but clean and have a lot space, location is good not far from street food chinatown and mbk.
Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. Everything very clean. You can notice the humidity in the bathroom but nothing big. Would stay again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around incredibly convenient. Stepping into the lobby, you're greeted by a spacious and grand design, creating an atmosphere that's both classic and tasteful. Although the hotel has a bit of history, it's very well-maintained, which only adds to its timeless charm and substance. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a comfortable...

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as convenient as before. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic.
This was my second stay here, and I'm still impressed. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it really convenient to get around. ICONSIAM is right downstairs, which is a huge plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was warm and polite. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.
Let's start with the downsides: the bathroom clearly shows the hotel's age, and the shower wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was good though – the location and scenery were decent. Thai service is always great, and the breakfast was delicious, haha!
The room on the 12th floor had a persistent rumbling noise, even with the air conditioning off (first video). Also, the toilet pipes would suddenly make a loud noise, possibly when someone upstairs flushed (second video). The staff, however, were all very enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful.
The Hilton by the Chao Phraya River fulfilled all my expectations. You get river views, and it's just around the corner from Asia's largest shopping center, with the ferry terminal right next door. If this were in Shanghai, it would easily be 5,000+ RMB per night. The rooms at this Hilton aren't huge, but the functional areas are well-designed, and the facilities are quite new. What truly stood out...
We come here to celebrate my wife birthday, hotel is nice and everything was prefect.
