Location is great. It is within walking distance to many shopping malls. Rooms are clean and nice. Service is excellent. Receptionist even helped me to search for the direction and route to the place that I want to go.

Used to stay at a hotel closer to central than this one, but still near Central, Big C and Platinum!! Siam Center and etc is pretty far though. The family room was so big and spacious, we just ran around the whole room

One thing I really liked is that from the hotel lobby you can easily access McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the room amenities were good

The breakfast buffet was also nice with many choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 37th floor and had a beautiful city view from our room

The location is fantastic! Right outside there's a night market and it's not far from Central World either. It really exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely choose this place again next time!

they upgraded our room to an Executive Suite overlooking the river with floor to ceiling windows! Great neighborhood to explore with good restaurants

The Hilton rooms are newer, but there's a constant mechanical hum from outside, making the whole room rumble, while the Sheraton is very quiet. The breakfast was also exceptionally good

We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday

A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed

Great Hotel to Stay with Families. We stayed there with our kids. Great Swimming Pool, they have 2 swimming pool, 11th and 12th Floor. Superb Night View of Bangkok Skyline from the Open Sky Bar on 11th Floor

Excellent location, check in is really slow as there r too many ppl waiting and too little staff. Rooms are old w cracked tiles and smoking smells in rooms. Breakfast is the only thing that is good

So good we came back. This time we got a three bedroom apartment. This is good for a family. Quiet, good views, nice pools. Restaurant has a great view (see photo). Food OK.

Located in the garment district there's so much shopping right outside the front door. Pool is nice, rooms are a good size and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options

The room was a bit old, but spacious, and located on the 42nd floor with an open view. Breakfast was on the 82nd floor, offering a good variety of food that tasted decent.

The highlights were definitely being the tallest hotel in Bangkok, with great indoor photo spots on the 78th floor and the amazing rotating indoor observation deck on the 84th floor

The pool clean with plenty of sunbeds. Spa was incredible, one of the best massages I've had. On top of all of this it is joined to a huge shopping centre with amazing sales this time of year and a BTS on Sukhumvit line

The empty glasses or empty bottles were not taken away on the tables everyday, we had to ask housekeeping to take them away while they brought us the bottles of water

There was one morning that our room was not even clean up until 3:00pm when we returned to our room, we have to remind concierge that the room was not tidy up

The room service team always forgot to fill us with bottles of water almost everyday

The hotel is convenient, it is right next to Siam Kempinski Hotel and Siam Paragon for shoppig. The hotel offered free buggies from 10am-10pm to Siam Paragon, only 3 mins ride. The pool is excellent for families !

Other than that, everything else was excellent! Drinks were refilled promptly, and the staff were very warm and polite

Both the 9th and 4th-floor breakfasts had smoked salmon, and getting a few slices every day was absolutely delightful! The hotel's location is also excellent – it's just a five-minute walk to CentralWorld and a little over ten minutes to the Erawan Shrine

My husband was dealing with an injury and he treated us like family, with so much care and kindness. A great example of the Thai hospitality. The food was always good, particularly the buffet breakfast

They offer light snacks at noon, afternoon tea, and even two or three hot dishes for dinner, which almost covers all three meals! This is incredibly convenient for anyone unsure of where to eat in the mall

Very clean hotel with very nice swimming pool and breakfast was very diverse.

I don't like the smell of the lobby tho. Everything is good the pool is a bit noisy due to the construction.

Friendly staff, very good gym, and really nice breakfast! Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax

When I first arrived, there was a mix-up; my key card opened a room that hadn't been checked out yet. It took a while to sort out, but eventually, the front desk attendant upgraded my room and personally showed me to it

Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again

Location and direct entrance from the BTS station to the hotel is my favorite. The restaurant in the lobby has special offers and is open 24 hours. Prices, variety and quality of the food are really good

Very good location; exactly connect to the Sky train station, Cool Ac, Warm water works well, Big room, I got the room 911, where is quite floor and zone. Sadly I don't have time to try breakfast, but looks really good

Right outside the hotel is the subway station, which is super convenient. There's a swimming pool, but it's quite small. Overall, the environment is decent, and the room cleaning service is excellent

If you book an executive room, you can have breakfast in the executive lounge with more privacy. The gym is amazing, new technogym equipment! All in all very good quality and value for money!

I went there before New Year's Eve, and the price was several times higher than usual. The Chinese-speaking service was relatively poor; I'd recommend finding another place if you don't speak much Chinese

If coming from airport, buy your evening snacks and drinks directly from the convenience store at the airport. Room was clean, shower had good hot water, breakfast is 199 baht if you pay for it at check in

I even suggested they just take a photo and print it later instead of making us wait. We had to ask for slippers and toothbrushes. However, they put a lot of effort into preparing for the fan event, which is a big plus!

Best point is hotel is near Impact Arena. There is a covered overpass connecting to Impact Arena which is a 10min walk. It is also well lit when walking back at night

If you’re attending an event at Impact Arena or Challenger Hall, this is the best place to stay! There’s a bridge linking this hotel to event halls

Fabulous overnight stay at the Centara Grand and perfect for our tf to and from the cruise port! immaculately clean and free upgrade given to include a full sized free standing bath and a shower that probably would hold half of Bangkok!! Would stay here again without hesitation as it also has a 56 floor cru bar and offers guests a free evening cocktail on the hotels roof bar with amazing views of Bangkok

Ramada is an excellent hotel as per our usual, back here many times, great breakfast, great service and the hotel with the help of Aung La from reception desk upgraded our rooms to premium rooms and provided late check out till 1pm which was very much appreciated

The buffet breakfast was so good. The restaurant staff are very friendly. Were were upgraded to a river view room. The room is good size and the bed and pillow are very comfortable

Only the downside was there are places in the room and toilet that has dust. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but when we went there, it was very smelly. It looks like not been cleaned for a while

It's been 10 years since I last visited Bangkok. This hotel was recommended by a friend. You can take the Airport Rail Link directly to the hotel without any transfers, and it's fully covered so no worries about rain
