Overall really good stay, stayed for 4 nights two of which booked through trip.com. Really nice location, plenty of good food around, cheap or luxury. Just a few minutes walk away from the entrance of kaosan road. Very clean also!

Great location, street market and lots of restaurants downstairs. 10 mins walking to the pier and you are able to visit most of tourist attractions, to CBD and Chinatown catching ferry for 16BHT. But the hotel is overrun, old facilities, small room & not very clean.

Overall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small. There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase. Recommended for foreigners because the staffs know English.

It's a nice little stay. It's in the middle of everywhere (tourist spot), and yet quiet enough. The rooms are held rather small, but do you really need much space? The shower had good pressure. You can't do anything wrong with booking this stay.

The biggest plus is how incredibly quiet it is, which is a rare find in Bangkok. The cleanliness is good too, and I appreciate that the toilet and shower are separate. However, the TV had no signal, and the room felt a little bit cramped.

The accommodation is clean, the air conditioning is cool, the room is in very new condition, and they also provide extra blankets, duvets, and pillows. If you have friends with you, you can lay down a mattress and sleep together. The room is bright and has enough light, so it's not scary at all.

Needed a hotel for a day before flying out. Booking was confirmed instantly. They provided an early check in complementary as room was available so I could drop my bags off and continue with my day. Room was clean and tidy. And the balcony was cosy with the seats and pillows.

We had fun staying here, the markt is just under us, food, clothes, etc.

The place is really clean and the rooms are neat and provide everything necessary. A cupboard or something similar to unpack clothes would be helpful, but otherwise the rooms were very comfy. Only, the walls are quite thin and one can hear people walking on the floor above throughout.

The room, toilet, waiting area is so clean. Also the guest house near a traditional market and there is a seven eleven, so comfortable.

It is a very nice and spacious room that looks to have been recently refurbished. The rooms themselves are off the Main Street and very quiet at night. The restaurant serves food food at a decent price also.

It was very nice! The lady opened the door for us, even very late in the night (3am). The location is very nice if you want to be right we’re Bangkok people live. We used the public boat transport quite often. It is just around the corner and super affordable. A local market is nearby and many options to eat. Everything was cleaned daily.

I enjoyed getting off the corporate hotel beaten path and stay somewhere more personsble. I really enjoyed the street-side garden sitting area.

The room was extremely cramped, with no space to walk around. The bed was old, and all the furniture, sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dated. You could feel the springs poking through the mattress when you lay down. The bathroom was full of mold.

This hotel is very conveniently located and the owners are super sweet. I was able to stay there my first weeks in Thailand and I felt so safe and taken care of by the owners. Getting this hotel for less than 209 during New Year's Eve was a pretty good deal. There are 7-Elevens everywhere nearby. Although the environment and service were just so-so, it was incredibly difficult to find a last-minute hotel.
