This hotel was great. Of course room and bathroom are small. However it has everything you need on a budget if your intention is to explore the city. Location is great, close to most places but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Terrace is nice 👌 also has a quiet rooftop which is lovely during the night Staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a boutiqe hostel, which I wasn't aware of. It is absolutely amazing! Rooms are really tiny and bathroom but you don't need more if you are to explore the city. Generally everything is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in was small for 2 people but it was okay for a 3-4 day stay. Thank you for everything KS House :)

There isn't much public transport around and it can be difficult to get back to during the busier hours. But the rooms were okay, they didn't have kettles but they had a communal one in the dining room. Our room had a tree branch poking through the wall and maybe birds in the roof. But for the prices and being close to koh chang buses. It is amazing!

Stayed there for a week and it was absolutely great. Very clean house, very polite and helpful staff. Stayed in a room with a doublebed. The room was absolutely comfortable, even though small. Rooftop terrace and breakfast room were also relaxing spots to start and end the day. If you're looking for an inexpensive, yet clean, comfy and quiet hostel in Khao San, you should go here.

The hotel's location is good, less than 300 meters from Nana BTS station. However, the hotel entrance isn't obvious; it's tucked away in an alley, which took some time to find. The room's cleanliness was quite poor; I saw cockroaches on the wall. The facilities are also quite old, at least 20 years old. The front desk staff's service was okay, but they don't speak Chinese. The staff at the lobby are very kind . Rooms are clean . Location is also very good if you want to access nana and asok and soicowboy areas and there is no noise in the area you can sleep well.

The room was clean, felt safe, had hot shower, a front balcony with a view, a comfortable bed, and warm blankets.

The owner is very kind, the room is large and equipped with all kinds of daily necessities. It's close to the subway station and is easily accessible in all directions. It's very convenient. There are KFC and 7+11 convenience stores around the subway station.

The amenities may not be the newest, but the functionality and amenities are comparable to those found in more expensive hotels. The villa is huge, the view is beautiful, and it's very quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely come back and stay there again if I have the chance.

The place may be a bit deep in the alley, but the atmosphere is good, there's plenty of parking, the staff are lovely, the room is big, the view is worth the price, and there's also a la carte food service.

The bed was a bit too hard and the blankets were very thin. The TV was an old model that I didn't really like.

I am very happy that it is very close to the sky train🚆, mall, laundry, 7/11, and many other facilities. Don't worry about the food either in the morning, evening or at night. The room is clean and has standard facilities except a hair dryer and ironing, but you can request from the staff.

Has everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. The building is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly. The market opposite is great, 7/11, lotus, laundry, massage, taxis at the end of the road. Lots of street food. Parking and secure area for motorbikes. I've stayed here almost 4 months now it's a brilliant place.

If you keep in mind the price you can let some things go such as the noise and poor water pressure. Staff are friendly and maintain the building as best they can. Overall it's decent value and the noise issue largely depends on other guests.

I was denied entry into Thailand at the airport. My friend personally went to the hotel and requested to change the dates instead of cancelling the booking, but the hotel refused. I am truly facing serious difficulties, and even after explaining the situation with supporting evidence, they still would not help. They said that since the payment was already completed, they could not do anything

Special thanks to hotel staff. Few days after my stay I realised I left in the room a lot of money. They have found it and gave it all back to me. I must commend them for their honesty and professionalism. Apart from that rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is not far from public transport, shops and street food market. Highly recommended.

Retro-style hotel with a spacious room, clean bed linen, and hot water. The reception guys look unfriendly. It can be noisy at times because tourists talk loudly in the yard.

There's construction going on, and the noise on that side is terrible. The receptionist initially didn't want to change our noisy room, but after the third request, she moved us to a quiet room on the 4th floor. The room itself was inexpensive, so I have no complaints about it; everything was just like in the photos. However, the female receptionist could definitely have been more welcoming and friendly

I stayed one week. What I really liked about hotel its location. Bathroom was dirty and when I asked to clean my room after two days they didn’t clean bathroom again. Sink was super dirty and mirror. I saw some hair. Bedsheets was clean which is big plus. And I didn’t like smell in the room. Patio nice for sitting there anytime but again nobody cares about clean tables or ashtrays.

It was a nice place to stay while visiting for the first time.

For the price u wouldn’t expect much. All the necessities is there, toilet, bed, aircon and wifi. Don’t expect to watch anything good on the tv but I use this to just rest my body and sleep after a hard day of shopping or work.

Used the place a couple of times as it was within walking distance from my friends house. For some reason the price doubled in 2019 and I would it now called overpriced. Doesn't bother me as I found another place much closer.

It was clean and everyday they change towels which I really am happy about it. Very accessible to the big malls and Pratunam and has nearby MRT going to the Suvarnabhumi airport. The only problem is sometimes the drivers, especially when you’re using the Thai app Bolt for transport, they can’t read the exact location and drop you off to another hotel on the opposite street.
