This hotel was great. Of course room and bathroom are small. However it has everything you need on a budget if your intention is to explore the city. Location is great, close to most places but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Terrace is nice 👌 also has a quiet rooftop which is lovely during the night Staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a boutiqe hostel, which I wasn't aware of. It is absolutely amazing! Rooms are really tiny and bathroom but you don't need more if you are to explore the city. Location is central, just a few minutes away from Koa San Road but yet in a peaceful neighbourhood. Shared terrace overlooking the canal gives special vibes of Serenity in the morning. Generally everything is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in was small for 2 people but it was okay for a 3-4 day stay. Thank you for everything KS House :)

There isn't much public transport around and it can be difficult to get back to during the busier hours. But the rooms were okay, they didn't have kettles but they had a communal one in the dining room. Our room had a tree branch poking through the wall and maybe birds in the roof. But for the prices and being close to koh chang buses. It is amazing!

Stayed there for a week and it was absolutely great. Very clean house, very polite and helpful staff. Stayed in a room with a doublebed. The room was absolutely comfortable, even though small. Rooftop terrace and breakfast room were also relaxing spots to start and end the day. If you're looking for an inexpensive, yet clean, comfy and quiet hostel in Khao San, you should go here.

The hotel's location is good, less than 300 meters from Nana BTS station. However, the hotel entrance isn't obvious; it's tucked away in an alley, which took some time to find. The room's cleanliness was quite poor; I saw cockroaches on the wall. The facilities are also quite old, at least 20 years old. The front desk staff's service was okay, but they don't speak Chinese. It's passable if you're staying...

Good experience! I stayed in a room on the 8th floor with a great view. The hotel is a bit tucked away, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

The hotel may be a bit far away, but if you put aside the location, it's worth the price. The room is a good size and has all the amenities. The amenities may not be the newest, but the functionality and amenities are comparable to those found in more expensive hotels. Anyone running errands near The Mall Ngamwongwan or nearby should definitely stay here. It's a great value for the money. 👍👍👍

The villa is huge, the view is beautiful, and it's very quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely come back and stay there again if I have the chance.

The place may be a bit deep in the alley, but the atmosphere is good, there's plenty of parking, the staff are lovely, the room is big, the view is worth the price, and there's also a la carte food service.

The bed was a bit too hard and the blankets were very thin. The TV was an old model that I didn't really like.

The front counter was not very friendly … Though we like the location and car park space to walk and exercise… but the room 1006 was very very dirty around almost all wall … the toilet was cleaner than the room… the big window glass were very dirty too We know some rooms are better but not they not allow to choose… we like to stay few nights next week but if they gave such dirty room we really not...

Entrance have dogs and do not smell very good There was a period they seem to renovated and kept more clean but seem to deteriorate again In the room maid did a good job though the windows need cleaning.

The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! Great location, super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and check-in was super fast. This hotel is average as per price ,apples devices doesn’t support wifi in the room , there is no free wifi in the reception, I would like to book bolt when go air port reception told me go my booked room floor to book bolt… she is not willing to help book or share wifi, 7/11 is near by to buy something , thank you

Special thanks to hotel staff. Few days after my stay I realised I left in the room a lot of money. They have found it and gave it all back to me. I must commend them for their honesty and professionalism. Apart from that rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is not far from public transport, shops and street food market. Highly recommended.

Had a great few days here, room was clean very spacious for the price, wifi didn’t really work but besides that everything else was good, ice cold AC and firm bed which I like. It’s easily walking distance to the BTS making it a great location also had lots of street food near by

The reception staff provided good service. The room was spacious, there was a parking lot, the air conditioner was cool, and there was no key deposit. It was close to the BTS and there were restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Overall, it was okay.

Has everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. The building is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly. The market opposite is great, 7/11, lotus, laundry, massage, taxis at the end of the road. Lots of street food. Parking and secure area for motorbikes. I've stayed here almost 4 months now it's a brilliant place.

If you keep in mind the price you can let some things go such as the noise and poor water pressure. Staff are friendly and maintain the building as best they can. Overall it's decent value and the noise issue largely depends on other guests.

Many hotel have no room already due to songkran, so I finally find this one which is very close to Phaya Thai BTS station exit 4 and have Let’s Relax and 7-eleven nearby. This place felt like a apartment complex when i got my room and when i walked in it was all nice and spacious, the location was in a good and quiet area which i like personally so definitely would recommend this place to other people.

Overall was not bad. The price was reasonable and the cleanliness was good. The location is nearby Donmueang Airport. The size of the room was fine, not too small. One thing to complain was about the toilet. There were ants in the toilet and I have no idea where they come from.

Overall it’s a good hotel to stay if you need to catch an early flight or if you have some errands to run around that area. The check in staff at the counter was just average, not so friendly but not rude either. The location is quite good because you can get to both pink and green line. it was a walkable distance from the hotel.

Retro-style hotel with a spacious room, clean bed linen, and hot water. The reception guys look unfriendly. It can be noisy at times because tourists talk loudly in the yard.

There's construction going on, and the noise on that side is terrible. The receptionist initially didn't want to change our noisy room, but after the third request, she moved us to a quiet room on the 4th floor. The room itself was inexpensive, so I have no complaints about it; everything was just like in the photos. However, the female receptionist could definitely have been more welcoming and friendly

I stayed one week. What I really liked about hotel its location. Bathroom was dirty and when I asked to clean my room after two days they didn’t clean bathroom again. Sink was super dirty and mirror. I saw some hair. Bedsheets was clean which is big plus. And I didn’t like smell in the room. Patio nice for sitting there anytime but again nobody cares about clean tables or ashtrays.

It was a nice place to stay while visiting for the first time.

For the price u wouldn’t expect much. All the necessities is there, toilet, bed, aircon and wifi. Don’t expect to watch anything good on the tv but I use this to just rest my body and sleep after a hard day of shopping or work.

Used the place a couple of times as it was within walking distance from my friends house. For some reason the price doubled in 2019 and I would it now called overpriced. Doesn't bother me as I found another place much closer.
